I genuinely hope the management takes this feedback seriously -- trust should be valued just as highly as the quality of clinical care provided. I had a very positive experience with the doctor (Dr.Bronstein) during my visit -- professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The clinical care itself was excellent, and I truly appreciated the time and attention I received. Unfortunately, my experience purchasing glasses there was extremely disappointing. Pricing was not transparent, and there were no written rate cards or clear breakdowns of frame and lens options. I was guided through selections in a way that made different choices appear similarly priced, which was not the case. Lower-grade frames were presented first and pushed strongly, without a fair opportunity to review comparable alternatives or understand the true pricing differences. The overall process felt more like a high-pressure sales funnel than an informed, customer-first buying experience. I ultimately paid over $800 for fairly standard progressive lenses -- a price point at which I later realized I could have purchased multiple high-quality pairs elsewhere. In fact, at many other optical retailers, you could reasonably expect to get three pairs for a similar total cost. To put the pricing into perspective, I purchased Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses with the same prescription lenses plus Transitions directly from the official Ray-Ban website (in collaboration with Meta Platforms) for less than what I was charged here for standard prescription glasses. That comparison alone shows just how significantly overpriced the in-store eyewear is. More concerning, the glasses themselves did not work well for me and caused headaches and nausea. They were later remade as single-vision lenses, but by then the total amount spent felt far out of proportion to the product I received. The lack of transparency, combined with the aggressive push toward lower-quality frames, made the overall experience feel neither customer-focused nor trustworthy. For anyone visiting, here are a few suggestions: 1. Consider taking your prescription elsewhere -- retailers such as Warby Parker or other optical providers often offer far more competitive pricing and selection. You may be able to get multiple pairs for the same cost. 2. If you choose to purchase glasses on-site, insist on a full written price breakdown of every option -- frames, lenses, coatings, and upgrades. Take time to compare, research, and ask questions before committing. The medical care was excellent, but I strongly recommend approaching the eyewear purchasing process with caution and ensuring full pricing transparency before making any decisions.

I can't recommend this clinic enough! I've been coming here for two years now, and the experience is always top-notch. The entire staff is super friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The facility itself is incredibly clean and well-maintained. Dr. Sharma is wonderful--super nice, very patient, and clearly extremely knowledgeable. If you're looking for a great eye doctor, this is the place to go!

My 5 year old daughter and I went today. This place is so clean and inviting. The staff looks genuinely happy to be there and help. There are no pushy sales people or ads. They all explained the science to my daughter and seemed very happy that she was so interested. I highly recommend them. Even my husband goes and he dislikes going to most doctors. Big win.

Dr. Sharma and staff are amazing !!! Professional, efficient, very friendly and helpful. Their new office is beautiful and spacious. I highly recommend this place for expert care and service. I have been a patient for several years and will continue to be one due to the level of excellent service they provide.

Don't go here if you don't want a retinal screen during your eye exam because they need it to be done for the appointment. I only needed a vision test but couldn't get it done because of their policy and I didn't want to dialate my eyes or pay out of pocket for retinal exam. It was a waste of time and money to get to the appointment for it to not happen. They asked me $39 for the retinal exam but a basic vision test is $10 through my insurance and that's what I wanted. I have had vision tests at several other clinics and declined the dialation/retinal exam without a problem. I wished this clinic met individual needs better, it was a disappointed after reading so many positive reviews and the clinic itself was spacious and clean.

We've been visiting this clinic for years, usually get glasses from other places. However, this time, we ordered prescription glasses for my son and were disappointed when the paint/color of the frame came out within a week.And it's keep fading The frame was expensive, and when I showed them, they refused to take responsibility since I hadn't taken warranty on the glasses. Sorry opticial guy might have shared it can happen? They put on us as we might wipes with some chemical?? Sorry not happy! Won't be using them anymore No complains about Dr Sharma!but did not like the team
