I have been to this location a few times and absolutely love the hospitality and staff. Dr.Nguyen is so great, he explains everything so well and seems like he cares for his patients. I had an issue with the Woodenville location and he was so kind to make sure my experience was much better here. I highly recommend this place and Dr. Nguyen.

I had a wonderful exam with Dr. Lo. She was pleasant and easy to talk to and made feel like a 5 star customer! I was helped by Sarah who is amazing! She fitted me with my glasses and was friendly, professional and like Dr. Lo, was awesome. I called in to inquire about contacts after my trial period and spoke with Sarah. Her customer service is truly outstanding. Comfort Vision is fortunate to have employees like Dr. Lo and Sarah!

My family and I have been coming to Comfort Vision for years, like over 10 years. There has not ever been a time when we had a disappointing visit or experience. Staff has changed even the doctors, but NOT the experience, and that is why we keep coming back.

As a new patient, establishing care anywhere can be daunting. But it was so easy here! With online booking requests and texted communication I felt taken care of every step of the way. My exam was timely and informative. Dr Nguyen explained my prescription in a way that made sense to me and didn't use any complicated jargon. I felt at ease the entire time and never was pressured at all. You will be taken care of here!

I am the worst eye care patient in America, typically waiting years between visits. Comfort Vision Bothell was recommended by a friend when I needed am eye exam and my old eye doctor stopped taking my insurance. Today I saw Christina, who did an excellent job with new patient ingest and scans. Dr. Hau whose professionalism and no nonsense style were very refreshing. Her ability to answer my rapid fire questions and address my concerns was outstanding. Finally I worked with Vic and her manager to sort out relensing my glasses to an updated prescription. Putting this experience in context, I take my medical appointments extremely seriously. If I'm.impressed, you probably will be too. Highly recommend.
