Doc Travis is the best! He always takes the time to make sure that I an well taken care of and doesn't push unnecessary treatments. He truly cares for his patients. His staff is friendly and supportive. I won't go anywhere else in the Tri-Cities and don't hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

I have been coming to this clinic with my daughters for over a decade. Never had any issues, always very happy with service and staff. Recently things have changed in how staff treat patients. My 14 year old daughter came home from picking out glasses crying. She said she didn't want to go without me to pick up glasses. When I expressed my concern to dr, they treated me like a villan. They demanded to take my daughter back without me... extremely disrespectful and aggressive towards me. I have never felt so unsafe in a professional, Medical setting. My daughter had terrible anxiety during this appointment and refuses to go back. My daughters and I are going to different clinic after 14 years. Very sad to see such a terrible way people are treated in this office.

I have been wearing glasses for 35 years, and Columbia Crest Eye Care is one of the best eye Care centers I've ever been to. The staff was very helpful, kind, and the eye doctor was beyond excellent. It took about 3 weeks to get my glasses, but very well worth it. I have been missing out on being able to see a lot of things until I went to this place. My vision is now spot on and it's made me so much happier, my glasses are well made and I just can't say enough about how good Columbia Eye Care took care of me. And there prices are very fair and I love the many different designer frames I could choose from. Thank you so much Columbia Crest Eye Care! I highly recommend your business to everyone, I'm sticking with them as my eye Care specialists.

I and my husband have been going to Dr. Travis for years but will not be going back to him. He spent a good portion of the appointment talking about politics, something that I do not like to discuss with anyone, let alone my doctor. Last year, they began charging an additional $95 (not paid by my insurance) for a follow up contact lens appointments. Since I have been getting the same prescription from him for years, I asked them to wave it last year and they did. This year, they would not give me my contact lens prescription to take to Costco unless I paid the additional fee, which they don't tell you about until you are finished with your exam. I do not do return appointments to him for fittings (I have the same prescription that I have had for years) so there is no reason to pay the additional fee for that and my appointment was the same length as my husbands, who only wears glasses. Someone came from the back to make sure that I was told that they do not do that and that person was not a friendly person. We will not be going back to them in the future.

My experience with Dr. Travis and his office has been very positive. As a business owner myself, it's always difficult to make everyone happy, but I find Dr. Travis to be a super doctor, available when I need him, and have found him always willing to go out of his way to make sure he's taking care of my wife and I. I was a patient here for several years. The Doctor was always nice. The staff were always rude. They also never diagnosed a serious eye condition that I have. I had to go to the Spokane eye clinic to be properly helped.

I have been going here for several years. The staff are friendly and helpful but this last visit was frustrating. normally it takes about 1 hour for the visit but this visit took 2 hours and I had someplace I NEEDED to be. I told each of the staff this but it didn't seem to bother them. Their response was "well your not going to make it". Why is it that doctors think that their time is the only thing of importance? I am a customer, I am paying for a service that you are providing. My time is very important to me.

I have received the best service and care from Dr. Don Travis. My whole family has been to see him. My husband was injured at work and as a result his glasses broke. Dr. Travis was a great help in getting replacement glasses for us. He went above and beyond to help us. His office and staff are the best!
