Family Eye Care

My son had gotten something in his eye so I called this place he'd never been seen here before. They got him in the same day and the doctor was very helpful and kind. Everyone in this office is very welcoming. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Jacks is great to work with and will absolutely take the time to talk to you about your eyes. Michelle works to make sure glasses fit and insurance covers. Great experience!

I called family eye care and they got me in for an appointment same day urgently I woke up and found a spot in my eye ,I was so nervous and Dr. Jacks was amazing ,gentle and careing he was able to get it out in a matter of seconds Briana the receptionist was also amazing and even got my daughter scheduled for her appointment thank you family eye care !!

Great experience from the moment I walked thru the doors. Front desk gal was warm and welcoming. Dr Boyd was fantastic. I was very worried my eyes were failing me but after my exam I relieved to know I have very healthy eyes. Thank you Dr Boyd.

Best eye doctor in Tri-Cities! The doctor gets us in and out. I've been to other eye doctors in town who take hours and hours to have you seen then want to add a bunch of unnecessary test. I highly recommend family eye care. Very friendly and compassionate staff!

amazing!!!! i came from out of town so i was nervous, but they took such good care of me. i came in having problems with my eye & they immediately knew what was wrong & told me how to fix it! so speedy & kind & care a lot about their patients. i would recommend them to everyone:)

Today was my first experience here and it was wonderful! The gals at the front desk were funny and kind. They answered our questions (mine and my husbands) and laughed along with us while we got ourselves checked in. My Dr. Was great! He was quick and too the point without being rude. He corrected my prescription and we talked about it for a minute. Michelle helped both my husband and I pock out some awesome frames and she explained the pricing out very well and gave us all of our options! My only negative is the technician who brought me back to do an initial check on my eyes before I saw the Dr. Was very cold. I wouldn't go as far as to say she was rude. She just seemed like she couldn't be bothered and hated her life. Almost like other people were beneath her. She was even this way towards the Dr. When she had to ask him about a computer issue. Otherwise, I look forward to meeting with these guys again!

Commenting "wow that's old" relating to a woman's age should not be included in an eye exam. Just plain rude. Dr.Jacks should relearn proper bedside manner.
