Mixes feelings. The doctor was super! Staff if funny, but not professional. I still have not received my trial contacts - going on over a month now and when I call - all I am told is that they are having "shipping issues". No follow up, unprofessional. I even went back to the location and even though they are funny, no help and not professional.

This place schedules you for an appointment with the eye doctor, then you get there and do the appointment and there is no doctor present in the building, meaning they can't even see your actual eye concern. They also will charge you for a contact lens fitting when the remote doctor specifically says she's not doing a fitting because you're just reordering the same contacts. Don't waste your time here.

My experience at this clinic was mixed. The optometrist, an Asian-appearing woman, provided a routine exam but never took the time to learn or correctly pronounce my name, even after I said it clearly. Names hold meaning, and acknowledgment is part of respect. As someone who values cultural understanding, it was disappointing to feel unseen in that small but significant way. I hope the staff takes this feedback as an opportunity to be more attentive to each patient's identity.

Lowkenuinely having a second hand bad experience from hearing about the experience my girl is having here. It's been delays for over a month and twin is BLIND bruh, don't let her on the roads without her glasses. First it wasn't ready when they said it would be, nothing was communicated until she arrived after trying to confirm via phone and email. Then, they had the completely wrong frames the next time! Nahhh that's not right man, america's best? I don't think soooo

Had ordered a pair of contacts, called to inquire about them and had probably the rudest person on the phone.And to conclude the call they just hang up and don't wish u a great day. No sense of professionalism. Service at this location is awful

My brother just went here and felt so disrespected, the lady adjusting his glasses even laughed when he asked for them to be wider; he ended up having to use the hair dryer at home to adjust them himself. They're unorganized and unprofessional.

This place is a complete joke. Unprofessional is an understatement coupled with lack of both help and knowledge in this location. I'm not sure if all America's Best area like this, but I do not recommend this location and surely will not be returning for anything.
