I highly recommend this clinic. I needed a prescription glasses prior to me flying out on my trip. With only a week before my trip, receptionist, Angela, was extremely helpful in helping me find a place when she didn't guarantee my glasses will be done on time with them, and later took me in when I didn't have time to go over insurance talk with the other places. They got it done in 4 business days. That helped removed a lot of the stress I was experiencing at the time. Dr. Lum is also an amazing and sweet guy, they genuinely want to help you. You will not regret it.

Dr Lum is Awesome I have been seeing him since the 90s. He is very patient, and thorough. He has a lot of contacts in stock. A lot of optometrists want to get you in and out as quickly as possible Dr Lum always spends the time with me to get the best vision

Would give 0 stars if possible. We went to him a couple years ago. We have insurance and paid the copay at time of visit. Received a bill 2 years later with "Final Statement" "Final Notice." For over $100 and 2 years late for payment. We have NEVER been late for a bill. I believe now that they never turned it in to our insurance company but we've since changed jobs and don't have the same insurance. We're just going to pay the bill and move on because I'm tired of dealing with it. Medically: the Dr gave my husband drops for pink eye when he just had swollen vessels in his eye in one spot the size of an eraser tip. I would never go back for medial but also the office staff is terribly inefficient.

Dr. Lum is amazing. I have been with him for over 30 years. He really cares. The staff was super helpful and guided me to which frames were covered. I only had to pay $10 co-pay after insurance coverage.

They only like to file medical insurance for eye exam, against my direction to file Davis Vision, my Eye Insurance. Medical pays more. $290 for eye exam filed. Dr. Lum is not a medical doctor, only Optometrist. I was looking for Ophthalmologist and this clinic was in the list (why?). I contacted Board of Optometry and WA health dept. The Board codes require Optometrist to file customer's eye insurance not medical insurance. Doctor diagnosed me with cataract which I doubt, I have absolutely no problems, very clear vision. Auditors should pay attention to this epidemic of wrong insurance filings in this area. Not sure how legal it is but they have no chance in the court.

The dr seems nice enough however he has the most incompetent staff working for him. Not only did they fail to bill our insurance 2 years ago for contacts all together, but now they are choosing what to bill and what not to and have us pay. we ordered contacts 3 months ago and I was never called when they came in. fast forward to today and I finally got them and had to update my number for the 10th time with them. I was instructed I would have to call the insurance company because they couldn't figure out how to get our benefits. Once I called the insurance I was told that what they had me pay for was never even billed to our insurance and not only that but they had been paid for 3 boxes of contacts almost 3 months ago. So they billed and were paid for them but never bothered to call us. we will be transferring offices and will make sure let our insurance, who they are currently in network with, know about their billing practices.

At first I didn't want to call them because the rate in google but because of emergency I need a doctor for RX, so I called and scheduled. Dr.Arthur was so thorough and explained and Listened. Our exam took 35min each which means he cares about his job. The other places is just 15min. The front desk was great and helpful. I definitely recommend.

I really like the Doctor always done good by my boys and i. This place has really gone down hill with the rude incompitant staff they now have. Tried make an appointment they said 4:30 open and i work 2min down the road and would not let me do the appointment because would be 2-3min late. Are you for real? I can say at this point myself and my 5 boys will not be going back. Great work staff!
