Both my daughter and I are new patients here and we both had a wonderful experience! Everyone working there was super friendly and helpful. Dr. Jin was thorough with his exam and is VERY knowledgeable. So glad we decided to go here!!

First time visiting this clinic. I had a great experience. Reception was great fast check in answered all my insurance questions. The doctor was great at explaining retinal screening and answering question. Reception did an amazing job helping me pick frames. I highly recommend this clinic.

I have been a patient for many years and have seen team members come and go. Throughout the staff is always polite, knowledgeable, and professional. As a busy professional and parent I also appreciate they stick to appointment time and move through the exams at a good pace and get me on my way. Always recommend this office to anyone!

Very happy coming here. Dr. Jin doesn't rush your visit, and it is a thorough exam. I love how they offer Optomap imaging. Very convenient. The office staff was great with my daughters contact fitting; the patience they had with her made a stress free experience. We wound definitely return.

My first visit to Benson Vision Care was delightful. The receptionist was very nice and professional. I liked when I called to make the appointment she answered the phone. The doctor was very friendly, professional, and informative. It was the best experience I think I've ever had with an eyecare medical facility. The location is easy to get to with plenty of parking.

I wish I could give more than five stars, more like five hundred! I am in a wheelchair and from the moment I opened the door and asked for help the staff was there to assist me with everything. They made me feel as comfortable and accommodated me as best as possible. I did have to transfer to another chair for the exam and I had not brought my walker to help, but Anna was wonderful at working with me to make it happen. Let me tell you about Dr. Jin, he is amazing! He took the time to explain the situation with my eyes and the different ways that we could approach it. I have had this problem for years but he is the first doctor who is willing to take the time to help me "get it right"! He really explains things well and makes sure that you understand. I can't recommend Benson/Kent Vision Source more highly! I can only give five stars but they are worth many more.

The staff here are amazing! We were greeted warmly when we arrived and my appointment started right on time. I had to bring my 18 month old daughter with me to the appointment and they were so incredibly kind and patient with her while I had my eyes checked. They have all the up to date technology, were able to take a picture of the inside of my eye, which was pretty cool and the prices seemed pretty competitive. Would definitely recommend!
