Dr. Green and his team are the best. I dreaded the eye doctor throughout my childhood and early adulthood. I don't feel anxious in this office. Dr. Green tries everything to ensure I get the best possible contacts for my eyes: tweaking and adjusting until he is absolutely happy with what he sees. He answers all of my questions thoroughly. I am comfortable with all of the staff and enjoy going in each year - a 180deg switch from previous offices. I'll be a patient here for the long haul, and pray he never retires!

I first saw Dr Green at this office to diagnose Visual Snow Syndrome which he was unable to do after a thorough exam (I ended up getting diagnosed by neuroopthamology). A year later, I received a call stating I was late for my appointment. I thought for sure I had not made another appointment, but I apologized and rescheduled. After my second appointment I was handed an appointment card with a pre-written date and time. They had set up an appointment for me without even asking me if I wanted one or was available at that time. That's when I realized that's probably what happened the first time and why I was late, no one gave me the card with my appointment that I didn't ask for. I handed it back and said no thanks and the receptionist threw a bunch of attitude and shamed me for not wanting to come back saying it was necessary for my health. Recently I had an appointment with another eye health provider and needed to transfer a copy of my records. I called and asked if they could mail or email the records request form, and the kind receptionist said she'd email it by the end of the week and I could email it back. I received and returned the emailed form and then waited for two weeks but nothing came through. I called the office to follow up, and not only had they not sent my records per my request, they never even looked for my form. This receptionist was rude, and insisted that no one in the office communicates via email. Also, it took several calls to get someone to answer, and the hold music had violent, explicit lyrics. I called the receiving office and they were able to get the records transferred, but what was sent was scrawled handwritten chart notes that were barely legible over fax. The whole experience has been shockingly unprofessional, and I strongly recommend choosing a different doctor from the many available in the area.

My family and I have had Dr. Richard Green as our eye doctor for over 30 years and even after moving to the other side of the state, we continue to make our bi-annual appointments with him. The office 'staff' is always easy to work with and they do everything that can to help.

I've been a patient of Dr. Green's for 32+ years. I won't go elsewhere. He is very thorough and has helped me through a couple eye issues. He is the best there is, as well as his fun office team. Highly recommended.

Been going to Dr Green since 1989, he is the best. He is a very careful and competent optomotrist. Moved out of Washington 6 years ago and still come back for our eye exams.

Dr. Green is a wonderful optometist. I love that this is a family business. They have a warmth and friendliness that makes you feel relaxed and confident in the care you receive.
