Dr. Jones exemplifies outstanding professionalism. He takes the time to thoroughly explain any questions I have, ensuring I feel informed and comfortable. I have been a patient of Dr. Jones for several years, dating back to his time at Fred Myers in Renton. I have been coming to this eye clinic several times, and while the doctors and staff are professional, my appointments are almost always delayed which is very frustrating. Patients plan their day around their appointment time, so long delays are very inconvenient. My recommendation to Dr. Jones is to please monitor appointment scheduling more closely and place greater value on patients' time.

i am so happy with the quality and how quick I received my glasses. i came in a little over a wk ago with my prescription. picked out my glasses and paid for them. they said my glasses would be ready in about 3wks. it was just over a wk. I'm disabled and have state medical. they don't cover my glasses but u get a discount with ur medical card. i got transition lenses because I have extreme light sensitivity. in total my glasses were $72.00 but they don't look like what u would expect of low cost glasses. they look like they're more expensive. everyone there was super friendly and welcoming. i would definitely recommend to friends, family and strangers to go here. without my glasses I can't even see a couple inches in front of me. and because my old glasses weren't the right prescription i would get serious headaches. I'm so grateful that there's a place like eyes rite that goes out of their way to make sure people like me can get good quality glasses without breaking the bank. God bless ya'll

The best experience I have ever had with an Optometrist! Dr. Jones is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. You can tell that he is very invested in taking care of his patients. The front staff were also awesome! I can't remember the guys name up front, but he fixed my glasses for me and I'm so thankful that he did! I will refer patients to this location in the future!! Thank you for such an awesome experience!!

I took a broken pair of glasses into the shop, and they were repaired, at no cost, in 5 minutes. Great service!

It was a pleasure to meet Dr. Jones. Went in to have myself and my son's eyes checked out. He took care and met every need that my son and I had. Very pleasant and true to his profession . Just waiting on our glasses now. I am glad we decided on Eyes Rite Optical!!!

I have never had any bad experience with them! They are always busy but they make sure to speak to everyone and help everyone in a timely manner. The doc is funny & makes sure you are comfortable when he is checking your eyes out. The receptionist has been working for him for many years & is beyond amazing! I will not go anywhere else me and my kids will be going to Eyes rite optical until this location closes.
