The doctor is perfectly pleasant to work with, but the office will upcharge you for things they've already been paid to do. I recently got an eye exam here and had them put together a new pair of glasses for me. Then, I wanted another pair of prescription safety glasses online so I had the iCare team send me my new prescription, so I could place an order with the online seller. I noticed the prescription did not include my interpupillary distance measurements, so I reached back out to the iCare and SURPRISE SURPRISE, they wanted an additional $25 to provide me the measurements they had already been paid to take. I understand having a fee for this service if you weren't going to have iCare build you a pair of glasses, but not waiving this fee for someone who has just spent hundreds out of their own pocket for a new set of frames and perhaps thousands by the time the insurance company reimburses the practice for everything.. That is just wild. TLDR: These guys are paywalling the results of my recent exam and it's gross. What good is a new prescription if you can't use it?

Dr. Dao is a great eye doctor! Very knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares about your vision. Helped me a lot and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend!

They exclude a major military insurance provider. Vision care isn't a luxury, and it's frustrating to see a medical provider turn away service members and their families over insurance. If you're military or part of a military family, save yourself the time and look elsewhere.

My Mother turned 100 yesterday and had an appointment. Dr. Lim treated my Mother like royalty with a cupcake complete with candles, and the whole staff singing Happy Birthday to her. She was thrilled. Mom gets great care here for which I am thankful.

Dr.Lim is the best! I've been coming to him for years, even though I now live in Ocean Shores. He's very thorough, efficient, pays attention to every detail all while creating a comfortable environment. I always leave feeling confident about my eye health. Dr. Lim's staff are all very professional, pleasant and helpful as well.

This optical store has consistently disappointed me with their poor customer service. I've visited twice, once in 2021 and again in 2024, and each experience was frustrating. They never accommodate walk-ins, and they practically shut down operations 30 minutes before closing time, which is incredibly inconvenient. Both times, I noticed the staff preferred to socialize among themselves rather than assist customers. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer needs are glaring issues. I would strongly advise against visiting this store if you value good service and a welcoming atmosphere.

People working at the front desk poor customer service i called the office talk to the girl at the front desk do you accept. Auto insurance she told me yes then i asked to make an appointment She said ok. I wait 3 days. When i show up on time to the office. She took all information then take me to the room waiting for doctor. After 3 minutes she came to the room she told me we not accepting the Auto insurance you have to pay now just waist my time i was feeling as abuse me .
