Kent Meridian Family Eye Care is the place to go! I love it there and I will never leave them. Dr. Green, Cassie and Mickey are Professional, Loving, and caring. I felt like family to them and they took their time and cared for me on the deepest level. You will leave there happy like I did, knowing that they are thorough in everything. Thank you very much Dr. Green, Cassie, and Mickey, you have a patient for life!

If I could give Dr Green and his staff zero stars I would. Actually considering contacting WA AG's office to see if they can help us. Certainly also contacting BBB. My husband had appointment for eye checkup and new prescription for contacts, which due to immediate need they filled. For a backup pair we wanted to go elsewhere and not pay their premium rates. The problem is they gave us the prescription leaving out a key detail that they refuse to provide, even to contact lens provider, who has called this office twice, received vm both times and no call back. What Dr's office refuses to transfer a prescription? My husband even stopped by the office thinking there was a mis-understanding and not only were they incredibly rude, but refused to give him his own prescription. Terrible experience, price gouging and uncooperative.

Staff is extremely professional and kind, Dr. Green bot only had a sense of humor but a sense of care, it's hard to find people in the medical field that actually care for there paitents rather than care for the income. 5 stars for excellent service.

Similar frustrating experience as other poster. If you pay for an eye exam, you should be able to get a copy of it emailed without delay. Its your's. You paid for it. My journey was comical. I spoke to several people, left several voicemails, .... on and on. I finally had to drive 35 minutes and literally sit in the lobby before they gave me my prescription.

Receptionist were extremely rude. There's a reason why their reviews are horrible. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

I've been seeing Dr. Green since I was 12. He has always taken real good care of my eyes. His staff are very friendly and I would recommend him to all family and friends.

Very bad service, I was charged $150, they looked at my eye, but could not prescribe treatment and sent me to another clinic. What did I pay $150 for? I went to the doctor and he could not give me treatment, I lost time and went to another clinic where they gave me treatment.

Received quality care at every visit. Very detailed results and treatment plans. Highly recommended.
