This was my first visit. Nothing could have prepared me for the Excellency of care the wonderful disposition from the front desk to Dr Omar himself. Respectful, thorough, professional. They're so caring in this office. They really listened to me. I had questions that the doctor answered so thoroughly and patiently . I am coming back here. This is now my ophthalmologist! Dr Amar Dhaliwal is a blessing to this field and I am so thankful that I found him. I will highly recommend to everyone!!!

I highly recommend Dr Dhaliwal if you need to see an Opthalmologist! I just finished having cataract surgery on both eyes and was so impressed with him and his staff. They were so caring and explained the the procedure from start to finish. I am a happy patient!!

I got my mom's cataract surgery from Dr Amar at Washington Vital in Kent. He is a great doc, listens to your problem, highly professional. The office staff from the front desk, manager and the nurses are so helpful making each step so easy for us. I wud highly recommend Dr Amar and his clinic to everyone for their eye care.

Dr. Dhaliwal is excellent I have been a patient for close to a year, he's done surgery on my eye. 5 star!! The entire staff has been so accommodating, if you need a eye doctor I highly recommend choosing Dr. Dhaliwal

My fiance had an appointment here today and was extremely disappointed with the service. First, they scheduled his appointment incorrectly so they tried to send him away without new contacts. Then, after he let them know he needed contacts they tried to say they weren't sure if his insurance covered his contacts (his insurance matched him with this location and when he scheduled they confirmed his insurance would cover everything, and after taking 20 minutes to "check" of course it was covered). Everyone who worked there except for the doctor was incompetent, unsure about every question he asked them, making mistakes every step of the way. This appointment took 2.5 hours total, for a simple check up and contact lens fitting. They tried to upsell him multiple times to include things that weren't covered under his insurance, and they were being difficult every step of the way as my fiance tried to keep this as simple as possible. Will never be returning to this clinic and would not recommend it to anyone else either.

Great doctor and office staff. The results of the eye surgery were more than expected. Able to see almost perfect after cataract surgery. Looking forward to getting my other eye done soon. Can't stress enough how happy I am with the results!

I had the best experience walking into vital vision. Everyone was so friendly and helpful the entire time. I developed an eye allergy and Dr.Dhaliwal was straight to the point on what was wrong. All my checkups were quick and on time! I highly recommend this place to any person having trouble with their eyes.
