Bella Vision

We had a wonderful experience at Bella Vision in Kirkland today. Dr. Choe saw my daughter Emma and was incredibly thorough, patient, and kind while assessing her vision. The staff was amazing and took the time to teach her how to use contact lenses for the very first time. They explained everything step by step and made her feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. What really sets Bella Vision apart is that they carry Hapa Kristin an FDA-approved colored contact lens that requires a valid /approved prescription by the doctor. We haven't seen these offered at other local eye clinics, and it was reassuring to know Emma could try them safely under professional supervision. We couldn't be happier with the care and service we received. We highly recommend Bella Vision to anyone looking for excellent eye care

Will not come to this place again. Eye contact lens are sold in very high price. They claim from your insurance, and you get less boxes, then they tell you that's because your insurance benefit changed. In other places, you can get 1/4 more boxes than here. And the price of frames and lens are much higher than other stores in that area as well.

Now there have been plenty of choices in east seattle area, wouldn't come to this place again. They sell contact lens at high price, claim from your insurance, you get less boxes, then they tell you that's because your insurance benefit changed, and AFTER you finalize the order.

GREAT service. Had some trouble with my prescription sunglasses being too loose: offered to help immediately. When I finally got to wear them in sunny conditions, realized the tint was too light: they fixed it in under a week, now a lot darker. Every single time they were very kind and helpful. Would recommend 10/10

Bella Vision made a small mistake on my prescription but went above and beyond in rectifying the mistake. They're super timely and professional, will be patronizing this business as long as I'm in the area :)

The optometrist, Dr Ahmed is great.... The staff though... Seem to not understand completely. I had to explain my insurance. I ended up paying more for lenses to go into an old pair of glasses than to buy a new pair which doesn't seem right. Don't think I'll be purchasing glasses from here again.

Have been their customer for 4 years and got 1 prescription glasses and 4 prescription sunglasses. All are precise and comfortable. Staff are welcoming, professional and helpful. Love this place! :)

Got my contact lens fitted for the first time here. Great staff. The guy helping me put my contacts in for the first time was very patient.
