I've been going to Eyedentity for years. My only complaint is they have too many awesome frames to choose from and I end up buying more every time I go. I tell myself I'm going to put blinders on, but I never do, and I always end up with new frames. Love the atmosphere, Doc, and staff. I recommend them to anyone that compliments me on my frames, which happens a lot!! Keep up the good work guys!!

Great service! Dr. Atkins always takes time and explains everything nicely. I have been going here for almost a decade now and never ever felt rushed. He patiently answers all questions. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommended!!

I had such a great experience at Eyedentity! From the moment I walked in, the environment was warm and welcoming. A special shoutout to Lee--He was incredibly helpful, accommodating last-minute changes with no stress at all. He also took the time to go over pricing and made everything so easy to understand. Truly lovely to work with! I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for great care and genuinely kind staff.

I love this office. So glad I found them. Everyone in the staff is super nice and the doctor's bedside manner is probably one of the best I have experienced. It was busy- yes, but still felt very accommodated, not overlooked or rushed.

I've been seeing Dr. Kerry at Eyedentity since 2006. The staff is professional, helpful, and fun (personalities shine through!). Dr. Kerry is knowledgeable, has updated/state of the art equipment (important for me with my high near-sighted prescription), explains things well, is personable, and professional. I travel 1.5 hours to my appointments because I've tried other, local optometrists and they simply don't compare. I highly recommend you book an appointment with Eyedentity today!

First time at this eye doctor - entire staff was very professional, courteous and spent the time to ensure I was informed as I went thru the different parts of the eye exam. I went at the end of the day just before Christmas and didn't feel rushed when it came time to make my selection regarding my new frames.

I scheduled an eye appointment for my daughter, and although the appointment was in their system, I was told upon arrival that they could not see us because not enough time had been allotted. I was informed that the doctor was running behind, and the staff member rescheduled us for the following day at 4:45 PM. I confirmed the time with her twice and added it to my phone while we were speaking in the store. On the way to the rescheduled appointment, I received a call at 4:41 PM asking where I was. I explained that our appointment was at 4:45 PM, as confirmed the day before. I was then told the appointment was actually at 4:40 PM. When I stated that I would arrive just after 4:45, I was immediately told that this was "too late" and was asked if I wanted to reschedule. I understand that delays and scheduling issues can happen, but the combination of inconsistent information, the lack of flexibility, and the dismissive tone created an experience that felt unprofessional and avoidable. It also left me feeling as though assumptions were being made about me rather than an effort being made to provide fair and respectful service. With a background in human resources, management, and business administration, I recognize the importance of accurate scheduling, clear communication, and professional customer interaction. Based on this experience, additional training for front-desk staff in these areas may be beneficial. My intention in sharing this is to provide constructive feedback so that future patients do not encounter the same issues.
