I went to the old location not knowing you had moved. My GPS wasn't working. The person on the phone patiently walked me through directions until I arrived. The receptionist was friendly and has a great smile, Mary brought me back and made me laugh. Dr Franklin was professional and reassuring. A lovely office and positive experience!

Dr. Kim was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered my many questions with ease. He examined my eye post surgery and told me what to expect. I really appreciate that . The lobby was spacious,bright, and comfortable.The wait time was very brief. The receptionist and eye technician were friendly and efficient. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I recently had caterac surgery with Dr. Wilbanks and the experience was outstanding. From the first consultation to the follow-up visits, he and the office staff were professional, kind, and reassuring. The procedure was quick, painless, and my vision is now crystal clear. I am very grateful for Dr. Wilbanks and the staff for their skill and care - highly recommend!

These folks are wonderful, kind, caring people!! I have been going there since about 1994 or so, and have loved my doctors - I currently see Dr. Wilbanks and like him a lot. They have done both laser treatments (around 2015) and cataract surgeries (2023) and the results of these are great!! I highly recommend them and am a client for life!!

Everyone working at Eye Associates was very friendly and efficient at both the Kirkland campus and the Ballard Surgical facility. I was especially pleased with my doctor, Nathan Wilbanks. His pre-surgery exams (two cataracts), the surgical procedures themselves, and post-op exams were done extremely professionally. In addition Dr. Wilbanks has a wonderful manner about him. Results were even better than I expected (laser-assisted standard lenses).

Dr. Wilbanks is fabulous. He did a terrific job on my cataract surgery. The process almost felt like a spa experience, it was so well run. During follow-up appointments, he always takes plenty of time to answer my questions, and believe me, I always have a lot. He never makes me feel rushed. The office is run extremely smoothly with a very professional and friendly staff. I would recommend Eye Associates NW in Kirkland to anyone.

My long time Eye Doctor sold his business. He was terrific. This group definitely has the equipment and the staff is trained well. I have two challenges with them. The care team is very "robotic". Not great at listening and adjusting. Not every patient is the same. For many years when the doctor met with me, he would review the test results. I have slight vision correction, but have had cataract surgery on both eye, and gloucoma. I prefer a team that would share findings and review with me. That is not my experience with this team. I am confident they do good work, however I appreciate folks that not just talk, but communicate, and listen. There is something wrong in their billing process.
