I was at this. I was at this clinic yesterday for the first time. My experience with the team exceeded my expectations. From the time of entry, through different diagnostic rooms, through explaining what my insurance covers , and until I left, the customer service was phenomenal.
I loved the whole team here. Both ladies that checked my eyes had high level knowledge of what they were doing.
I will go back again and I recommend anyone needing an eye check up.

I was greeted by a lady with a big smile named Jeannie. She explained the layout of the store and then I started looking at frames. It took me awhile as there were several pair I was curious about. Jeannie came to me and asked if she could be of any help. I quickly showed her the glasses I wanted to look at, and then she showed me a pair she thought might be interesting also. Then I sat down, tried on the ones I picked first, then the one she suggested. It ended up being the very one I wanted! Loved it and so I bought two, with different colored thin frames. Jeannie was so knowledgeable, kind and friendly, and made my visit very pleasant and fun! So Excited!
Prior to that, a young man named Brendan took me to a room to do a few simple eye tests, and he was so sweet and friendly. Then Dr Eden came in to do more specific tests. She was so thorough, and explain things to me so I understood it all. She was professional yet personable, and I felt I could trust her immediately. Dr. Eden is a keeper and I hope to see her again in the future!

My first procedure at this office was with Dr. Nevett for dry eye treatment. I underwent the EyeLux procedure and paid $600 out of pocket, but unfortunately, I experienced no improvement at all. The results were extremely disappointing.
During my second visit, I saw Dr. Kurt Mills. While I was explaining my symptoms--especially the issues at the corners of my eyes--he did not make eye contact or examine the area I was describing. I felt unheard and dismissed.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this ophthalmology office.

Terrible experience:
1/New prescription is off by +2 points each eye. 2/New lens came wrong, 3:scheduled a reassessment a week after and after wasting an hour waiting... I had to reschedule. Really bad experience.
