I had a fantastic experience at Juanita Vision Clinic, now under new ownership! I had an eye exam with Dr. Tran, who was incredibly thorough, patient, and kind. I had never worn glasses before, but Dr. Tran helped me realize how much they could improve my day-to-day life. I ended up with a fresh pair of glasses, a supply of contacts, and other accessories to help keep my vision sharp. The team made sure everything fit perfectly and walked me through all the options without ever making me feel rushed. They also helped me learn how to wear and remove contacts for the first time! I had to come back due to a nose pad piece on my glasses coming loose. The staff was very kind and helpful with fixing it right away with no hassle. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for attentive care and holistic service. Their team goes above and beyond!

I feel deeply disappointed and honestly taken advantage of by Juanita Vision Clinic. I scheduled a follow-up appointment thinking it would be a quick consultation just to review the medication I was already prescribed earlier that morning at an urgent care. The doctor barely spent 5 minutes with me, just checking my document and say he think the document is fine but then I received a shockingly high bill. There was no clear about the exact cost, no actual treatment provided, and absolutely no justification for such an outrageous fee. It feels like they're preying on vulnerable patients who are just trying to feel better, and billing them as if they received premium care. This isn't healthcare. This is billing abuse, plain and simple. If you value transparency and basic respect, I strongly urge you to go somewhere else. I left feeling more stressed and frustrated than when I walked in. Shame on this clinic.

Friendly staff but they made retinal screening mandatory and charged for it. Sharing my experience so future patient can be aware of this. I came in recently for an eye exam and was told the retinal screening was mandatory--even after I explained I had it done just a few months ago. I went ahead with it since I had already commuted and made time for the appointment, but I was surprised this was required for a basic prescription. For future reference, could you clarify your policy on this? I believe patients should be informed in advance if procedures are non-optional and carry extra cost. Thank you.

I had a lovely, nearly breathtaking experience with Juanita Vision Clinic between Dr. Tran, Kelly, Anna, and Bonnie. I was blown away by their expertise in helping me fine tune my Rx and pick out some unique and fun frames! I really went into this place looking like Morpheus from the matrix and came out looking like Marcello Mastroianni!

I have gone to Juanita Vision for more than 10 years. Most importantly for care of my Glaucoma, and always reviewing previous retinal tears. Dr. Jue and the staff there were terrific always. After recent events, I will NEVER go back. Very sad. Thanks for your response. I have my critical eye drops for Glaucoma. I am not comfortable with the new ownership.
