If you're looking for a great optometrist, go see Dr. Lim at Kirkland Optix. He's super informative and makes the whole exam process easy to understand. I loved that he actually explained my imaging results rather than just rushing through. The staff is approachable and kind--honestly some of the nicest people I've dealt with in healthcare. Definitely check them out!

After calling to confirm my appointment, I arrived to a locked office. I called again to confirm I was at the correct location and was told the doctor was on their way and I would be seen today. Then after sitting in the parking lot for another 20 minutes I was called and told my appointment would not happen. Just a terrible experience for a new patient.

The eye exam itself was fine, with no issues. However, I am very frustrated that they required an appointment for frame selection, yet they are still helping another customer 15 minutes past my slot. This is disrespectful and a waste of my time.
Secondly, once my time came up, the lady (I guess her name is Natalia or something) was rude and was not helpful at all. At all costs, avoid bad energy and don't go to there for frame selection. They should be trained how to behave with customer and how to address questions properly.
MAR 3 UPDATE: I got my glasses based on doctor's prescription, and I am very disappointed with the result. I wouldn't go to this place again

The doctors here are good but I had to visit the place five times as the glasses didn't fit. The first two times I was told to wait as typically new glasses apparently take time to fit. But the glasses kept falling off during a conference making it a very frustrating experience. They then fit in nose pads and said it would work now and the nose pads fell off. Then finally the fifth time, a new set of glasses worked.
Also be prepared to call insurance yourself if you would like lenses fitted on to your own frames as they claim they are short staffed.
Overall the experience hasn't been good with the optical department.
