I had an excellent experience at this eye clinic. I was referred by my ER doctor and was impressed that they were able to schedule me for a same-day appointment. Dr. Wedel, the eye doctor who saw me, was highly professional and took the time to clearly explain my condition, which I really appreciated. A special shoutout to Sabrina at the front desk--she was kind, helpful, and even tightened my loose glasses. That extra level of care really stood out. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service and care I received. Highly recommend!

My experience here for eye exam is excellent. Front desk Lady greet me warmly and provided clear instructions. Dr. Wedel is professional and explained concisely.

The staff was amazing! Taylor put me at ease right away. She was friendly and patient as she performed many of my tests. Dr Batson was also super caring and took lots of time to answer all my questions and address my concerns! I highly recommend them!!!

I've been seeing Dr. Lin since the beginning of a difficult period this summer involving some unexpected eye symptoms. I was a medical patient and dealing with a lot of anxiety from the situation, and Dr. Lin was one of the few healthcare providers who truly made me feel cared for. She has always been incredibly patient and compassionate--not only with me, but also with my toddler, who often came along and wasn't always easy to manage during appointments. Despite the fussiness, Dr. Lin never made me feel rushed or like a burden. She answered every question (and I had a lot), welcomed me in for emergency visits when I needed reassurance, and treated me with kindness and respect through it all. Every time I walked into her office, I carried a heavy heart--but I always left feeling lighter. That's not something I say lightly. Her calm and thorough approach helped me feel safe, even when I was dealing with severe anxiety. After years of my husband complaining that he couldn't find a good optometrist in town, I finally told him I found one--for both of us. Dr. Lin is truly a gem, and I'm so grateful to have found her.

They took my insurance, location was convenient for me, everyone was warm, kind and professional. Would recommend.

I was traveling and had some very concerning symptoms over holidays, and other local providers didn't take me seriously, even suggesting I take an appointment months later. This one took me seriously and was helpful in getting me in on an emergency basis and working with my anxiety about everything eye-related, as well and giving me necessary information to continue care when I got home. I was so relieved and reassured by everyone I met here, and by the clear competence on display. If I lived here, I'd try to make this my regular provider.

Easy & Economical Emailed them Monday for an appointment time, had my appointment first thing the next morning, got my prescription and contacts ordered the next day. I appreciated that they didn't require a contact lens fitting which I don't like paying for since I have used the same brand for years. With insurance, I paid less than $75!

I saw Dr. Todd Wedel and am very happy with his service. I also appreciate the excellent care I received at this clinic--everyone was professional and helpful. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone. I don't understand why they have some negative reviews, but I'm glad I didn't see them before going. Otherwise, I might have felt uneasy for no reason. My experience was nothing but positive!
