Vista Optical

I've been going to Vista Optical for years and I honestly can't imagine going anywhere else. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable without ever making you feel rushed or pressured into buying the most expensive frames. During my last visit, Jenny helped me pick out new progressive lenses and she really listened to what I liked and didn't like, and even pulled a few frames I wouldn't have chosen myself that ended up looking amazing. The optometrist (Dr. Kwok) was thorough, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer all my questions.

I've been three times to this location, and each time, their manager, Jenny had been great. She helped me get some nice frames and then when there was a defect a few months later, she helped with replacing them with their warranty. I went yesterday, and also took advantage of a BOGO promotion, and ordered a couple of premium frames. They'll take care of you for sure.

Manju is a wonderful customer representative at the Lynnwood location of Vista Optical! She is the key reason that I continue to come back every year! She has a great "eye" when it comes to assisting in the selection of the frames that I am looking for and complements my features. She's honest, and not pushy....a true asset!

The staff is very friendly , knowledgeable and attentive. They accept both Medicare and Medicaid. Both eye doctor and receptionists, thank you for your exceptional customer service. The eye exam had digital option for a very reasonable copay instead of dilating. The rx glasses had great selection for both frames and types of lenses. The glasses were ready within a week. No lines, no wasted time waiting for help. Highly recommend this place.

Glasses were good. Eye exam good. But there isn't a website beyond the national one. I realize that it may be an over expectation, but having customers being able to make an appointment online does seem to be a better use of time and resources both for the company and the customer.

Been going here for years now and have no intentions of ever changing that! Always a professional and pleasant experience. They are highly knowledgeable - after a few years of wearing contacts my eyes started to hate them but they were able to find me a style that I can now wear for 12+ hours with no discomfort. Highly recommended location with awesome staff.

Best experience I've ever had getting glasses. First visit, won't be the last. Dr. Kwok was perfect...well, for me. If you value patience, good humor and a great communicator then she'll probably be perfect for you too. Ms. Manjula, the kind woman who took the measurements for my new glasses, couldn't have been nicer. When I go back next week to pick up my glasses, I'm making an appointment for my annual check-up next year. No sense waiting, I'm not going anywhere else.
