The receptionists here clearly need A LOT of training, first in customer service and learn to stop hanging up on their patient's. I'm sooo sick of sitting on hold for 20 mins or longer only to be hung up on literally a minute or two into the call!! All the Everett Clinic's despite the department are about number's. Get them in and out as fast as possible, I highly doubt you'll find a single Dr in any department that gives a S**T about you or your needs!!! Absolutely unbelievably unhappy!! Thank god we have good insurance and can find a great doctor...
