I had an excellent experience at this optometry clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and very helpful. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire exam.
What I appreciated most was the attention to detail and the genuine care for my eye health. The exam was thorough, and all my questions were answered with patience and kindness.
The office was clean, organized, and very well run. I truly felt that I was in good hands. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate optometrist. Thank you for such outstanding care!

Pretty quick getting seen today, very nice tech doing the first eye exam. Easy to follow directions. Dr greets you with a smile and does a painless exam. Had to get dilated but not too bad other than it takes forever to go back to normal, been 6 hours, not yet.... Thorough diagnosis. Very nice enjoyable Dr. 5 stars would have been if front desk gal would have cared to give me the right sunglasses if any, maybe shes new? Ive been there before and she gave me new forms to fill for someone who hasnt. If there was 1/2 stars i would have gave 4 1/2. That doesnt deserve a whole star. Also no one answers when you call to make an apt. They finally called back after 3 trys. Wished they took our insurance BCBS

I had a second outstanding experience at Costco's Grandview Optometry and optical department having an eye exam and buying new clear glasses and sun glasses there. Dr. Cho is exceptionally professional, thorough, pleasant, and helpful. She patiently answered all my questions and resolved some problems I have been having. The knowledge I gained and her reassurance regarding my changing prescription made it possible for me to improve my vision and manage daily challenges.
Theresa, in the optical department, kindly took all the time necessary to assist me in selecting new eyeglass frames for my clear glasses and the best tint for my sunglasses. She, too, was very personable, knowledgeable, experienced, and efficient. Both Dr. Cho and Theresa treated me like family and minimized the amount of stress one can feel in such a situation. I highly recommend these two departments and Costco in every way!

Every member of the team is friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable. My 3rd year back and I wouldn't think of having my exam anywhere else. Great Service. I am glad you offer the photos of the inside of our eyes. Diabetic Retinopathy and Macular Degeneration are incredibly important conditions to track and i appreciate comparing my results year over year with Dr. Cho.
