The first lady I talked to was Victoria, she was rude, and somehow hung up on me. I called back I believe her name was Christina or something she asked me the first thing that do you speak English, woh, what an amazing way to start a conversation, and again she silenced me.I mean if she can speak different languages I would speak with her. They made me pay for trial contacts. I have used contacts for 20 years and have never had an eye doctor charge me for trial contacts just to see if the contacts work for me. Seemed odd to me. I only went there once 2/3 years ago and I got texts a lot from them and I blocked the texts and now they call multiple times in a year so I blocked there number. Ive never had an eye clinic act this way so im very glad I found a better eye clinic that doesn't make me pay for things I shouldn't be paying for and I dont have a clinic who caresses me with texts and phone calls. So glad I blocked them guess they couldn't take the hint that I didnt wanna use them anymore. Like I said its been like 3 years since I went one time. If I were u I would look for a different clinic.

My care giver and i wenti and paid for glasses insurance and out of pocket we paid$400 cash out of pocket secretary says we didn't pay for this or that when we did we also paid extrafor glasses to darken when go outside they didn't even do that
however either one of ours worked and my insurance only allows 2 per year so all the money and time I spent was for nothing they won't take glasses back frames nothing won't help at all tbeystate it's beentomong back inbound over that but for 2 patients not being anle toseeafte soendi f that much they could G leSt see me and fix their mess up but I have to pay out of pocket by would I do that when already paid once and they don't work not my fault I don't think ???
