I give Diana a #1 in sales and she is very patient with me . I have had to cancel several time's as my back is always in cronic pain . I thought that they might dismiss me and they are very good about understanding my situation. I tried to put a star 5 in , but my phone won't let me . As you can see it highlighted all stars. The whole staff goes out of thier way to accommodate me .Diane Harris

One of the only places that would do an exam for my son at age 5. Picked glasses had no idea we would have so many issues because apparently they use this specialty screw. We got the protection plan for replacement, replacements would take a month because of the specialty screw problem and they are VERY FLIMSY bad quality glasses. This last time when the screw fell out (the common problem) after a couple weeks they called me to say they couldn't find any replacements of the glasses and my son might need to pick a new pair, but they would call me. They never called me. Now I'm here on my lunch break with my son, we've been here for THIRTY MINUTES *** ETA: picking up replacements was painless and quick. The warranty for these replacements was unexpected and I am so grateful for it. I am a single mom juggling two young kiddos and having this resolved has lifted such a weight off of me. I am so grateful that Diane apologized me for my time, and also made sure I knew they would help me with any future problems. I wanted to update my review to be more fair. The glasses issue was made bigger from the frames being bad- I'm glad they're discontinued so they won't cause new headaches for anyone else. It was a long process but it's resolved now, and I feel a lot better about the service I got when picking up.

I've been going here for 10+ years and I can't imagine going anywhere else. Dr Mike is funny and friendly. Diana is always so quick to help and has great knowledge. Kelly is one of the nicest people. I recently recommended my friend and they treated her like family to them! Highly recommend since you'd never know such a good eye clinic would be tucked in a Fred meyers.

I've been coming here for the last 17 years and I love my experience every time! I have to say today though, I was coming in because my glasses broke in the middle of the night and I went in and Kelly was fantastic! She told me she would take care of me and told me to finish my shopping and come back. So I went to finish shopping, came right back a few minutes later and she had fixed my glasses! Like brand new! She is amazing. Anytime I have spoken to her she radiates positivity and she is SO kind. Honestly everyone who I have spoken to there has been so genuine. But I just had to give Kelly a shoutout for saving me and my glasses

100% recommend, Dr. Klindworth is very kind and professional. Always make's sure you leave his exam room with all your questions answered. Diana (office manager) always goes above and beyond with purchase breakdowns,to deliver top notch service and she's very graceful . Kelly is the sweetest and I absolutely appreciate the courtesy reminder calls. I am so grateful for the teams communication and support.

A big shout out to Dr. Michael Klindworth and his team Diana and Kelly not only is Dr. Mike thorough but patient during the entire eye exam. The ladies were very helpful picking out the perfect pair of glasses. In fact I ended up purchasing two pairs. The entire process was very simple and pleasant.

I was very happy with the help I received from Diane & Kelly while picking out my new glasses. They paid special attention while taking the measurements needed for my progressive glasses. My glasses turned out great & needed no additional adjustments. I was very pleased with the results & special attention I received @ Vista Optical.
