My Husband had a Prescription from America's best & they unfortunately don't accept his insurance so we went to Costco Thursday evening & they were GREAT helping us. I need my own eye exam & new glasses & unfortunately their actual doctor is seperate from where you actually purchase your glasses.. I called 5 different times on Friday 01/30/2026 left a voicemail to not get a call back or even an answer. I called 1 time today Saturday afternoon & got NO ANSWER. I decided to call the Everett location & they answered very first call & it took less than 5 minutes to schedule my appointment. Really sucks because Smokey Point is right down the road from my house & I now have to travel farther. Costco workers themselves there are great, their actual people who work in the clinic not so much when getting back to people.
