My initial phone call to them was excellent - friendly and professional and answered my questions. She also offered to put the new-patient paperwork with a neighboring business as I wouldn't be able to reach their clinic on time after work. I scheduled an appointment and was offered a date several weeks out and at x:45pm. I asked if that time was correct (rather than one at a 30-min interval), and she confirmed it was. The time was perfect because I was able to make arrangements to leave work early to make the appointment as I was coming from Seattle. When I came for my appointment, someone different was at the desk and unfriendly, no smile or welcome. I was 7 minutes late due to local Marysville traffic and was told I was late and would need to reschedule. I was confused as this seemed excessive. She told me my appointment was at x:30pm and I would have to reschedule. I explained it was for x:45pm, had come from Seattle and just encountered traffic getting on to their street. She wouldn't hear me and said it was :30pm and I would have to reschedule. I said that wasn't what I was told, I'd made special arrangements to leave work early for the appointment and had come from Seattle. She offered no alternatives, wouldn't discuss it, wasn't interested, said it was x:30pm and I would have to reschedule. I said no, I'd go someplace else. I'm careful about my time and appointments and haven't experienced this manner or attitude elsewhere.

Low prices do not excuse bad service. The front desk girls were more interested in talking to each other than answering my questions about frame styles. The doctor did not read the intake notes about why I was there and kept asking the same questions over and over about my insurance coverage. A generally unfriendly and unprofessional atmosphere and not worth it for the small selection of frames

Dr Kent was so through. He he explained everything so I could understand answered all my questions easily the staff was courteous n helped me with my Medicare billing Annalise who measured my eyes was young but so knowledgeable and berry personable 4 someone so young n reassured me because I was so nervous n she was the 1st 1 I saw after billing thank u all so much I would recommend vision clinic to everyone I Marysville n snohomish county it's well worth the drive thank you Dan Emery

Awesome. In and out, no long waits. Very personable employees. And the greatest Tina Fey look a like I've ever seen!

Wonderful. No upsell tell them what you want and you get. Love it been going for three years now
