I thought it was time for a new pair of glasses so I stopped by there after work. Lady was nice and helpful and explained the options for the different kinds of lenses to me. They even had examples so I could see what they looked like. Happy with my experience and likely to come back in the future.

I had a really great experience at here. I had already had an eye exam at another eye center and I was pretty unhappy with not only the service, but the prescription. For the first time ever they put me on bifocals, I've never had bifocals in my life and nor have I ever needed them. I literally could not see through my glasses and had no idea why I had glasses that I couldn't see out of. When I came to this I center for a second opinion I was very satisfied, the optometrist really listen to me and he gave me the correct prescription. Which was not bifocals. On top of that my glasses came 4 days early.

Nice staff however not efficient at actually getting your glasses to you, or communicating problems. Had to call several times to find out if my daughter's glasses were in and they kept telling me to call back and a manager had to call the lab. Finally days later they put in the order because the lab had called them and said they didn't have the frame that my daughter chose. So they had to send the frame to the lab all without telling me what was going on. Meanwhile my daughter is wearing her broken glasses. And there was absolutely no communication to me from the Walmart optical. I had to continually call and ask them where the glasses were. And now we are waiting another 10 days to see if my daughters glasses will come in.

I have had several issues with glasses purchased from another vendor online, and they have not only helped me every time, they have done it with friendliness and skill, and have never charged me for their services despite my repeatedly offering to pay them for it. Way to go, ladies!

First pair in 40 yrs . Blurry seeing through them. Paid extra for bifocals & to change in lighting. Had to naked apt to go back to eye doctor whom sigest maybe 2 pair instead of bifocals. Also tweeted my Perscription a bit. Guess sence it's been 3 month to get back 2wards eye clinic drive then sppt wait then walmart I'm too late. Guess I just go blind. Darn I waited along time to see. But tired if throwing money down everyone's tubes.. I won't go back to Walmart Again
