5+ year customer until I tried to reschedule an appointment, it was too late, had to cancel. At my new appointment my doctor was 25 minutes late. I saw him sitting in the backroom, alone. There was a tense vibe. He could see me. I believe he felt scorned by my 1st cancellation. Employees told me I could wait longer or if I left it would be my final cancellation 2/2. I left.

Kathryn was so amazing. I came in with an older-ish prescription and offered to schedule me for an exam. Declined for now since my schedule didn't align. BUT she helped me pick out an amazing pair, helped me, handed me pairs that she thought would be best on my preferences. Just over all 10/10 experience.

I made an appointment fur my grandson, it was 4 weeks out. I was notified 2 days later that there was availability that day. I took him in and he chose frames while waiting to see the doctor. When it was time to get glasses, Angie helped us. She was very informative and answered all of our questions. The entire experience was great. The prices were very reasonable. I will definitely go back. I have already referred my son.

My grandson broke his glasses and we're on vacation. Went to Walmart and Jacob & Angie were amazing! They both went out of their way to help making a difficult situation better. They gave me all options and the least expensive ones. Hi glasses couldn't be repaired, but we did order new and better ones. Thank you so very much Jacob and Angie for your help, support and patience in getting this resolved. I am grateful for them and Appreciate y'all. Again thanks to Jacob n Angie.

All right long story short, while they are extremely nice inside The manager insisted that the pair of glasses they made for me were not wrong. I said Well sometimes people the factory do things wrong or mix up the lenses and she said absolutely not. But in the end they did a warranty exchange because I had scratched him as well and with that warranty exchange was also we can't help you anymore. So I never use those glasses because because I use my old pair from JCPenney's from California for a year and a half. Well Summer along the lines after a couple months I put the lenses in and low and behold my eyes didn't hurt and when I moved my head it didn't seem like I was getting dizzy anymore. So what it was is the original pair were messed up from the factory. And then the following year I went to the other Walmart and I told him I have straight neck. That means I sit straight up in the air my head does not tilt forward like most people. Try to tell her that my eyesight is down towards the middle of the glasses. It's just says yeah well I rule a thumb is you put it up higher because people lean forward and I said yes but I can't do that. And so she said she corrected it and then reordered the glasses. So this will be the second set from them because they didn't listen the first time. What low and behold she didn't do it She did a tiny bit because she she said our rule of thumb is up here so it's just not normal to put them down there. So long story short she didn't put them down towards the middle where I had asked she'd put them up higher and so therefore it would hurt my neck to use them and I have a couple disk collapsing so when I move forward and my head tilts a little bit and then it starts hitting the bone a little bit. Because of the disc. Anyways she politely kicked me out of the store and said well I'm afraid that we're just not going to be able to help you with our technology. She did let me keep the glasses which I went ahead and used for 2 years lol and gave me a refund. But the moral of the story is is both stores would not listen to what I had to say and said this is how I sit I don't sit forward I don't lean forward and this is where my vision has to be.

I had the most horrible experience at this walmart.....twice! They are VERY prejudice and judgemental. I went into this walmart a few weeks ago to waste some time and maybe buy a few things i needed so i was taking my time shopping and looking around ( I like to take my time and enjoy my shopping I don't get to do it a lot and I don't like to waste money on things I don't need) so I ended up buying a couple things and my way out of the door I get stopped by two security ladies at the front door and one of the ladies proceeds to tell me that I need to return the items that I stole! I didn't even know what to say I just kind of giggled cuz I didn't think she was serious, and I looked at her and I said are you serious she said yes put back all the toiletries that you have in your purse I looked at her and said so if I let you look at my purse and I have nothing in there I can see you right and she looked at me and she said yes and I said here you go and I open my purse up to show her there was nothing in my purse all she did was laugh turn around and walk away and I proceeded to walk out the door and go to my car embarrassed as hell. Now that wasn't bad enough I hate to give that place one more shot and went the following weekend this time I was getting some makeup that I needed and I don't have a lot of makeup I'm not good with makeup I don't know what to use I don't know what colors I am so I'm in the makeup section looking through all the makeup that they have not knowing what to get you know testing all the colors and all the time that I'm doing this there's a guy that work there that was following me from Iowa to Iowa to Isle making sure that I was not out of his sight, I finally had to say something to him because this went on for a good 20 minutes, i said,"excuse me you're making me really nervous cuz you're following me everywhere I go it's making me feel really weird what's going on why are you doing that?" He just looked at me and didn't say anything and then walked away now if that wasn't bad enough a few minutes later a lady stating that she was one of the managers there came up to me and said,"you need to leave! We don't want your money here!" I looked at her and said," why do I need to leave what did I do?" She said," I don't need to answer that you just need to leave right now!" Mind you there were lots of other customers in the store at the time and she was saying it very loud as I said okay and decided just to walk out and she followed me to the hospital right behind me making sure that I left like I was going to cause a big scene or something she had already called the police and there was a cop outside waiting for me just in case I make trouble I guess. The whole time that I was walking to the front door I was asking her what I did cuz I honestly did nothing absolutely nothing I was just shopping for makeup I don't know why she came up to me like that, the only thing I can think of was they were mad about the weekend before when they accuse me of stealing and I had nothing. They shouldn't be able to do that whatever happened to customer service you know without the customers she wouldn't have a job,you would think they would appreciate people in their paying money for their items. I feel like what she did to me was wrong on so many levels Walmart should really look into more deeply on the people they hire. Nobody should be treated like that. I have never stolen anything ever from that Walmart I'm so disappointed
