I don't know why everyone is saying they are good. They keep pushing my time back more and more and it's always something with them. How are you gonna tell me pick up is at 3pm but the office is closed. You guys suck

Treated my 72 year old mother horrible. She has always gone there to have frames adjusted ( ones she has purchased there and other places) she is willing to pay for it. Went in yesterday day and he berated her because they didn't come from there ( even though her other pair we're purchased there for $500!) Treated her like a child raised his voice at her. Aweful disgusting customer service.
