My doctor was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout my visit. I believe one of my contact lens prescriptions may not be correct, but I'm confident this will be addressed at my follow-up appointment. The office is currently running a bit behind, which is understandable given the rush at the beginning of the year when many patients are trying to schedule appointments.
Initially, I had some concerns about the abruptness of the phone staff, but after speaking with the manager, Chris, I better understand the situation and appreciate the clarification. I gave the clinic four stars primarily because of the delays and my first impression at the front desk, but overall, my experience with the doctor and management was positive.

Everything was perfection EXCEPT... the cost of frames ridiculously high with all the alternative options these days. STARTING price of $250 is crazy... especially for kids that need 2 pair just to make it a year... Exam portion awesome. We will keep coming for exam but seek alternative methods for purchasing hardware.

Do not recommend. No price friendly options. Paid 350 out of pocket last year and almost 800 out of pocket this year because insurance will barely cover the cost of frames. Don't even get me started on the cost of additional medically necessary vision tests which have to be done at another appointment. Will never return. UPDATE: I did not pick the most expensive frames, they have no cheap frames(all designer brands) and I got all the same options I have in previous years. Pretty sure their reply violates HIPAA laws, as well. Bye, Valley Eye.

always a pleasure. the turnaround time for my son's contacts from order to delivery to pick up was faster than I thought. they were very affordable the staff was very nice and gave me the information I needed after insurance coverage stopped covering his contacts. so in summary very knowledgeable staff very clean building bright inviting lots of glasses to choose from if you're the glasses wearing tight. best part is the right next to movie theater what better way to test your glasses out after picking up a new pair then go and sit and watching a movie with them.

The customer service up front was great everything was great besides while I had to wait in that room for 22min and no doctor came in. I've been wearing glasses for 20 years and never once waited in a room for more than 5 to 8mins. I walked out, because there is no reason to have to wait that long, while i hear him bullshitting next door.
