I had an amazing experience at Mid-Columbia Eyecare center! From the moment I walked in the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed and comfortable. The customer service was outstanding and everyone was was friendly, professional, and happy to answer all of my questions. The eye exam was thorough, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. Choosing my glasses was actually enjoyable because the team was patient and helping in finding frames that looked great and fit perfectly. I highly recommend this place. Definitely a 5-star review.

I have been with Mid Columbia Eye Care for many years now! I love the professionalism and personal attention they give to me and their customers! It's awesome to be greeted sometimes with a student internship working along side the staff and Eye Doctor! I highly recommend MCEC because they have excellent highly advanced equipment for your eyes! I a very happy customer for life!

I came here a couple days ago for a routine exam and the staff was super friendly. Maria was the nicest tech I've had the pleasure of meeting and Julie is also super helpful when it came down to finding the right pair of glasses. All in all a great experience!

Dr. Perdue was amazing and very thorough with my exam. Everyone was very welcoming and Mia took the time to help me find glasses I liked. Def will be back!

My husband went here to get his new glasses after eye surgery. after a year of waiting do to a computer glitch. After 3 different appointments to get the lens cut right, they still didn't work. I then asked for my glasses back and a refund. I did get the refund, But someone threw my old lens away. my sunglass lens and transitions. that was my personal property nobody gave any permission to throw my old lens away. So, after almost a year I'm still without glasses. But they got paid. All I kept hearing was how sorry they were. Sorry don't give me my lenses. Or get the right lenses for me!! Its like every other business in this country customer service sucks!!!!
