West Pasco Eye Care

Moved to Pasco and getting settled in our new place, establishing new eye care, etc. I think I'm going to like West Pasco Eye Care! All the front office staff are friendly and helpful! Javier and Dr. Robertson were caring, respectful and listened to my concerns about my eyecare. They all made me feel comfortable and I look forward to my next appt.!

I rarely have 5-star reviews because I am a true believer that you have to have outstanding service for something like that. Every time I've come in, they are quick to get me back and figure out what's going on with my eye health, the assistants are knowledgeable and friendly, yet quick; reception always greet with a smile and make sure I get to where I need to be. They are thorough with their work, if they make any mistakes or they see something irregular on the eye imaging or the tests they make sure they get another test going to make sure nothing was missed. I've been a patient of Dr. Robertson for a few years now and he's always thorough with his work. Explains everything exactly how it is and makes sure I understand. The opticians, are friendly and get you fitted right while being able to give you feedback on face shape and what looks good on you. I can't recommend them enough.

My Dr was great. The staff at the front desk needs listen to their customers concerns. I was in the need of a couple of right contacts to get me through the next few days before appointment. My wife was denied, even with the appointment and a long time customer. (Because my prescription was expired and it's against the law.) When I stopped by to ask to see the doctor I was told they won't see me without an appointment, then I was told they wouldn't allow me to have any contacts. I was furious and very disappointed. During this appointment I explained to the doctor what happened and was told they shouldn't have done that. I wasn't there to get free stuff I would have paid for them I needed just a couple to get me through to the appointment. Not sure if I'm going to continue with them. If you guys decide not to respond I definitely will not continue with you.

Great experience at my new eye care provider! I got an exam for contacts and glasses, got new glasses ordered and walked out with some trial contacts in just under an hour. Very friendly staff from the receptionist, to the optometrist, to the optician.

I was seen by Dr. Walker, he and his team were pleasant to work with! Michelle was very friendly as she took me back to the exam room and ran some tests prior to meeting with Dr.Walker and Zitlaly was very helpful and friendly as well when assisting me with finding the right pair of glasses!

My Dr was great, but the front staff is less than ideal. I have been going to this office (and Bullock eye care before it moved buildings) for many years. I got my appointment done and wanted to look at glasses. The lady helping me found the exact frames I had already which was great. However, upon doing the options I wanted I was quoted one price and agreed, signed the paper and left. I was paying attention to the cost because it was either buy in store or take my prescription elsewhere. I almost get home and I am called saying they didn't charge me for all of my options, which now puts the cost higher by about 75 dollars than what I agreed to. The staff should do a better job at checking their numbers before putting them to paper because it would have changed where I took my business.

I love this practice. Dr Robinson and his staff have taken such good care of me, whether it's been an emergency appointment, or help choosing the right frames. They're just the best.

My girls had an eye appointment with Dr. Robertson and he amazing to my girls very sweet Doctor. Staff was very friendly and Renee was so good at helping my girls pick glasses. She was also amazing. I would recommend West Pasco Eye Care to anyone that is looking for an Eye Care Specialist. Great place!
