Very easy to make a appointment and work with insurance. Dr Bill was great on explaining my eye health and what would work best for me. The nice lady who helped fit me and pick out frames worked hard to find the right 1 for me. All questions were answered. Very modern clean and open building with large parking lot. All in all great experience

I really appreciate the team here at Pasco vision center. They were very patient with me for my first time getting scleral lenses. For someone who has never dealt with contacts, they were very helpful and polite about it. I really liked that and I will continue to get service with them and also recommend others to use their services as well.

The team at Pasco Vision Clinic went out of their way today to help me with an emergency appointment. There were no docs scheduled in, but one came in to run some tests and perform an evaluation my Primary Care Provider wanted me to get ASAP. They were all so nice, helpful, and went out of their way to help me. Definitely above and beyond care and service. Thank you.

Both Dr. Sullivan's have treated my various eye issues with the utmost professionalism and I have always received from them exceptional care. They have top of the line technology to assist in diagnoses, and an exceptionally friendly and professional staff. I drive a considerable distance to go there precisely because of the level of care i have received. I have never had any less than a positive experience every time I go to the Pasco Vision Clinic.

Very disappointed with the service. Be careful with what you are charged for, they will tell you an amount for them later tell you, they did not do math correctly and that sorry but you need to pay more. And careful because then they will threaten you with sending you to collections. They even have the call recorded (which I believe is illegal, they never ask my consent or mention that the call was being recorded) where she tells you how much insurance cover, how much you need to pay, you agree and pay that amount, insurance pays his part as well and then because of a human error a mistyped YOU need to pay MORE because the owners decided that staff mistakes need to be pay from patients. Good luck getting a MANAGER to help you, she even tried to blame insurance saying "with insurance is different is not a for sure thing " My INSURANCE PAID exactly what it needed to paid I PAID exactly what she told me I needed to paid. The problem was that "human error, that mistyped" she said errors happen which is true, but why do I need to pay for someone else's mistakes.

The staff was very close to indifferent from the receptionist to the optometrist. My eyes were dilated (for the first time) and I was told it would be fine to drive maybe the light would be brighter. It ruined my day. Costco was very helpful in offering prompt kind service for a reasonable price.

Pasco Vision Clinic very professional from scheduling your appointment, eye testing, consulting with Optometrist, and getting your eye wear needs ordered. Fast friendly service from start to finish! I highly recommend them and have always had the best experience with their Vision Team!! Thank you , Mark
