Everyone was super friendly and had a smile on their face! They really made you feel welcomed! They were quick about everything and very understanding about nerves and anything uncomfortable, making sure to give me a minute if I needed to! They took great care of me and even helped me get my frames fully covered by insurance by finding ways to discount it where they could! I am happy to have chosen them for my eye care needs and I will be returning to them in the future and bringing my husband.

Not only did I get excellent care, they were upfront and honest about everything including fees. When I came in to order glasses it was a fantastic experience! Quick easy and efficient! She was very good at helping me pick a pair of glasses to fit my style preference. Unfortunately when I came to pick them up, I had to wait to see someone before I could get them. They would not give me my glasses that were already paid for. I agreed that if I had an issues I would make an appointment with an optometrist and come back to get them adjusted. The fact that you can't walk in and get you glasses is very inconvenient when trying to work around my schedule and their hours of operation. I would think there should be some kind of work around. The lady be behind me was picking up for her manager. There's no need for her to meet with anyone, it should be a simple hand over transaction.

I recently had major surgery, so my husband had to pick up my glasses. Stopped by their office yesterday for an adjustment and wow. What a difference. Very very happy with the service. Will definitely be going back next year, when it's time to renew my prescription. Everyone at the office is so kind, and Dr. Barney was great!
Had laser surgery earlier in February, 2026. Just met with Dr Barney, and my prescription changed. I have new lenses coming, and I don't have to pay for them. That's a relief when you're on a fixed income. I can't say enough about how happy I am with Dr Barney, and the service from the staff.
