We love Dr. Le! She has been incredibly knowledgeable throughout our process with our daughter's vision, from age 5 to 10 so far! She is patient, kind, and friendly. She always makes my daughter feel at ease. We've felt the same way about all the staff who have worked with her. The pediatric rooms are so friendly - fun paintings on the walls, and a screen of Disney movies during wait time / when they need to focus on seeing a far distance during an exam. My daughter also loves picking from the treasure box at the end of a visit.
I am very satisfied with my experience at Eye Associates Northwest. The entire team was professional, kind, and attentive. I am especially grateful to Dr. Thomas S. Copperman for his excellent care, calm approach, and outstanding professionalism. He explained everything clearly and helped me feel confident before and after the procedure.
My recovery went much faster and smoother than I expected, and I truly appreciate the quality of care I received.
Thank you for the wonderful service!
Brief waiting time out by reception, however, once you've been taken back to an exam room and prep stuff for the doctor has been taken care of, such as checking eye pressure and any changes to vision, etc., the wait can sometimes be awhile depending on how busy your doctor is. I waited over 30 minutes for mine with one follow-up appointment following surgery several months before. Other wait times were not as long but were at least 20 minutes.
Dr. Jamil was very proficient and thorough and I felt I was in good, expert hands, both with my surgery as well as the many follow-up appointments in the months that followed. If I had any future concerns regarding my eyes that required surgery, I'd be comfortable with having her as my surgeon again.
Everyone we interacted with was extremely kind and professional! Our 2.5 year old needed his vision checked due to astigmatism. The doctors were all patient and kind with our toddler and made them feel comfortable. The whole process was easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend Eye Associates!
I have been a patient at EANW since 2007...that entire time with Dr. Kelly who was a very thorough, professional guy. After he retired I had happened to develop an issue that fell into Dr. Le's specialties; I saw her for the first time yesterday, January 29th, 2026. I found her to be really helpful, very competent, and very personable. There was a problem caused by their Northgate office which she sussed rapidly. Dr. Le just seems to be one of these people that was born to be a physician. I also want to give a big shout-out to Eric Liao for his professionalism. I feel well-cared-for in Dr. Le's little cul-de-sac at EANW Madison.
Dr. Le is amazing! Her staff was so kind and got our child in promptly to be seen, given her symptoms. Other pediatric facilities including Mary Bridge and Seattle Children's had a 5 month wait! We would definitely recommend her as a pediatric ophthalmologist who is great with kids. Thank you!
Disappointing to have to award only one star. Mainly because of the exasperating unapologetic wait times of the past two visits. To wait 55 minutes seems excessive. As far as the clinical expertise, I can only trust what I'm being told albeit it in a somewhat brusque manner. I can live with that.
The receptionist did her job, but without a trace of personal interaction. Maybe a quick 101 at charm school could be of benefit.
Dr Copperman was great. Answered all our questions without us feeling rushed. The office staff was polite, professional and friendly. We are very satisfied with the outcome of the surgery and would definitely recommend Dr Copperman to anyone considering blepharoplasty. As a side note, there was a discrepancy in the billing and Dr Copperman immediately corrected the mistake and saved us $300.00 in mistaken charges . His positive demeanor, integrity, and expertise was very much appreciated.
