They got me in actually a bit early. The Dr took her time with me, explained the tests and results clearly. She also had some recommendations for my allergies, very helpful as spring is arriving soon. I received great care and will be back.

I've never encountered a more rude receptionist in my life. I called the call center to make sure that my insurance would work with them. I was advised Yes, made an appointment. I have cancer and I need to have my eyes examined ASAP I drove all the way to the costco in my town , which is over half hour away for me She said she left me a message. No, she did not, she needs to get some manners or they need to get somebody in there that has some compassion Actually , none of them are in there , we're very friendly when you talk to on the phone rude in person even ruder, I don't even give it one star I advise go elsewhere.

I was so pleased to have Emily Keister as the eye doctor for my yearly eye exam! She is experienced, personable, knowledgeable and has a wonderful sense of humor. I am very satisfied with her thoroughness in my eye care.

I made my annual exam appointment and my husband's about a month go for the Sequim location. When I arrived to my appointment, I'm told that the "certifications" for the doctors expired and I would need to be paying out-of-pocket for my Eye Exam. I pay for MEDICARE and United Healthcare insurance. Last year my Eye Exam was covered by Medicare. Although it's only $50 ,considering my husband would have to pay the same we decided to move our appointment forward. They can't tell us when the certifications will be complete, but maybe in two months! The receptionist said she thought we were advised when we made our appointment by the person in the call center... Obviously not. Not happy.. last year my service was good.

I'm temporarily wheel chair bound they don't have the ability to perform an eye exam to people whom are in my condition. A waste of my time and there's would have been nice to be informed of this lack of ability.

The lady behind the desk has poor communication skills and has tried to argue with me twice about my insurance coverage. I've verified coverage both with my insurance and emerald but she wasn't having it. Even if not covered it would be out of pocket, which is fine, but she wouldn't even let me make an appointment without trying to argue with me.

This was our first time going to Costco for eye appointment, very efficient and friendly ,knowledgeable and even had easy to fill out forms via tablet

I scheduled an appointment three weeks in advance, only to receive a call after 5 p.m. the evening before informing me that the appointment had been incorrectly entered by the call center and would need to be rescheduled. I had already taken time off work to attend, so this last-minute cancellation was frustrating. What made the situation worse was the tone of the person who called to reschedule, Heidi. She was unapologetic, dismissive, short, and placed full blame on the call center. While I understand that mistakes happen and people have tough days, the lack of professionalism and courtesy made it impossible for me to feel comfortable rebooking. Based on this experience, I will not be making another appointment at this office.
