I probably would have given 5 stars but haven't had the cateract surgery yet. During the consultation they were quick to answer any of my questions. They were professional and very helpful. I wasn't too sure about the surgery or if I really wanted to have the surgery. I left feeling confident I will be in good hands and understanding the procedure ahead.

My Husband and I have been patients here for 12 years and always felt good about the quality of our care there. Professional, knowledgable Doctors and techs, and a pleasant cohesive staff. That's changed drastically. They have gotten to a point where they no longer act like they care a bit about their patients. You cannot reach a single person by phone at this location The booking of an appointment via their off shore "call center" is an exercise in complete frustration and so much more. Local office manager tells me there is nothing that can be done with the call center nor can I come into the office and directly book our appointments .We're finished.

From cataract surgery consultation, to the surgeries, to the post-op appointments, I was treated with kindness and respect in the Sequim center. All lens options with costs were discussed. I so appreciate that my questions were answered patiently, and my anxiety was never minimized. On both surgery days, the team did everything to calm me down and make sure that I was comfortable. Dr. Psolka kindly checked in with me while the caring team of nurses took vitals and got me situated. The actual procedures took, maybe 5 minutes, and were virtually painless. The post-op care directions were very clear. I'm the biggest wimp when it comes to anything medical, so if I can handle it, anyone can! Now, I simply can't believe how crazy beautiful the world looks with new lenses! If you have cataracts that interfere with your vision, get a referral to Northwest Eye Surgeons. The consultation is very thorough without any pressure to make a decision until you're ready.

Great experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. They were able to accommodate our schedule even last minute. They work hard to make the experience good for each patient. They really went out of their way to accommodate my mom and ensure they were able to help her when it worked for her.

I had a eye emergency, called as soon as they opened. I was told to come in at 8:40. I was so relieved. The receptionist was very pleasant and supportive. The technician, (who temporarily numbed my eye). did preliminary exam and was very pleasant. Dr. Kuhnline performed a thorough exam and explained the damage to my eye in easy to understand terminology, offering treatment options. She was easy to talk to. I have followup appt soon. I am very thankful to everyone who helped me and definitely recommend Northwest Eye Surgeons.

I was so impressed with the empathy, professionalism and knowledge of the entire staff with whom I dealt with. The cataract surgery was easy, quick and painless. Also important is that I was allowed to choose the music that Alexa played during the procedure which helped keep the process light and enjoyable.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. I love AC/DC so that's what was played and sang along to. The person before had country. Whatever makes Roy feel comfortable.

Staff efficient, informative and friendly. Dr.Tok made me feel right at home and explained everything in an understandable manner. Though it was my first visit, I would recommend them instinctively!
