Called and checked to make sure my girlfriend and my insurance was covered before making our appointments. A month later, 2 days before our appointments, she received a text to the incorrect name that her insurance is not covered and she would be required to pay over $100 in office. We are on medicaid, so that won't work. Please improve your system for patient names to specify when a patient has a name that differs from the name on their legal ID. Would not recommend for trans patients unfortunately. Edit: my girlfriend received yet another voicemail to the incorrect name, but when I called to cancel, they of course had her name on file correctly, so no idea how they keep getting it wrong. Do better.

Stunning, delightful levels of customer service from Amanda and the rest of the ladies at the front desk, Sidney and whats-her-name (I never learned the lady's name but she was working today as well and was great). My new favorite optical shop!

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Front desk personnel were on point and easy to talk to. I saw Dr. Mayes. He's very thorough and answered all of my questions with clarity and a complete explanation of what needed to be addressed. Overall great experience. I would recommend this office and will be back in the future.

Front desk is very unprofessional. When I had an appointment to get my glasses fixed one of your tech not saying no names was very unprofessional whispering to her co worker about me. If your going to have people work at the front desk and they want to talk about customer teach them to go in other room where people can't hear there. Be more respectful and professional

Ive been coming to 20/20 for about 15 years. They are courteous, timely, helpful and professional. I see Dr Willum, he always listens to my concerns. I am now a Contact Lens wearer and I love them! The lens company offers a rebate. The last time I did the rebate protocol myself, I wanted to cry. It was extremely stressful for me. 20/20 staff said they would help me. I asked if I could come in. It took 2 visits because the QR code wasn't working. Chelsea took the lead on taking care of the process. She made phone calls prior to my coming back in the 2nd time. I was there for 45 minutes and Chelsea did ALL the work. It was frustrating for her and she was patient, professional and multi-tasked also. She said she was grateful to experience it so now she new what patients were going through. All the staff are kind, Chelsea is my hero! Her response was "I'm just doing my job".

Great service! Eloise was able to find me an appointment when I had failed to reschedule my appt last year. She was also able to get me some trial samples to last until then. She was more than helpful. Thanks

I want to give a shout out to Chelsea for her exceptional patience and service! I'm a hard case because I have a bump on my nose that makes it difficult to get the right fit for glasses. The first pair rubbed my nose raw, peeling skin off. So she worked with me and I was able to find another pair of replacement glasses that are cute and comfortable. Win win! I hope the owners are paying her well because she really stepped up for me. And good customer service is so important, especially since it seems non existent these days. I gave four stars because the only negative is that the front desk staff could be more engaging. There were a couple of times I felt like I was disturbing them when I checked in. Not a welcoming feeling. Anyway, I'll be back for my eyewear needs thanks to Chelsea!

Chelsea at 2020 Eyecare is so amazing to work with! She is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She did a great job of helping me with my latest eyewear purchase and explaining my insurance benefits and options. Thank you Chelsea!
