So happy to be able to be seen by this doctor. Top notch. All the staff was also the best. I've had wet macular degeneration for 14 years with treatment elsewhere in US. This office is the best. He Will remain my ophthalmologist doctor as long as he's in business. He deserves the highest rating. His staff also deserves to be rated very high. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and respectful. This place shows true integrity and takes excellent care of patients. I am honored to be able to use their outstanding services as a patient. I've experienced enough treatments in these 14 years to know the really good doctors from the average ones and this place has the very best. "A One" rating from me!

Desk staff noticed you upon entering, were very courteous, listened before talking, never lost patience and explained what they were doing and why. Med staff reflected the same values as the desk staff. Dr. O'Malley explained results of tests in easy to understand non medical terms.

Dr. O'Malley & his staff have all been very professional during my appointments. He answers all my questions with clarity. I don't like having shots in my eye but would not want anyone else to do it.

The Retina center is well staffed with experience and well trained personnel. Very effectient treatment. Dr. O'Malley is one of the best doctors. He Takes his time to evaluate and diagnose the issue. I haven't seen Dr O'Malley except twice both times he's been very professional very personable and willing to listen and explain anything that I asked him. I do have white coat syndrome and I am having high blood pressure whenever I go in to see any doctors at the Pacific North West retina Clinic and they have that on my record but they don't seem to think it's important. My blood pressure was up to 158 after this appointment and that is normal high for me when I have to go and see a doctor especially if I'm around a bunch of people wearing a white Medical clothing. This is a real issue it is a real problem for hundreds possibly thousands of people. And I would really and truly appreciate an effort to have an appointment where I am not surrounded by people in white medical clothing causing my blood pressure to stay up. I do breathing exercises before I go and all the time that I'm there I'm trying to lower my blood pressure but it doesn't lower until after I get home because I'm surrounded here. But other doctor's offices where they are very considerate of people's White Coat Syndrome my blood pressure can save pretty close to normal. But I think Dr O'Malley is a very good doctor.

They always provide a friendly atmosphere. Dr. Omalley is great. He explains what he's seeing on your eye pictures and what needs to be done. He has a very calming nature.
