Dr. Cheung was amazing with my 18 month old. He was patient through her struggling and was creative in how to keep her entertained. He made our baby's first eye appointment a great experience. They even have a kids room in the waiting room where they play movies to keep the kiddos entertained. Its quite a trip for me but worth every mile.

I walked into this office with expectations (which was a mistake) I have a condition that from what I was told my whole life there was no correction for. I had the understanding that Dr. Cheung performes a procedure to correct my condition. Upon arrival 1hr and 30 min drive. I spoke to one of the assistants who informed he in fact did not perform the procedure. However I was able to sit with the Dr and talked with him for a good amount of time. I was very impressed with how thorough he was with his exam and he explained the whole process of the surgery I needed in which he was familiar with and very informative. He usually works with children not adults. Not only was he professional but very straightforward and kind. I would definitely make this drive again if my kids were to ever need an eye Dr. Although he doesn't perform the surgery I needed I'm still very pleased I had the opportunity to speak with him. His staff was great as well.

Super friendly staff and very knowledgeable. The gentleman there was really friendly and knew how to keep my son's spirit calm and collected before getting his eyes dialated for the first time. Dr Cheung was very professional and quick and very kind. The whole facility was very clean. Only issue was the small "dark" waiting room was oddly shaped while patients stay while in between sessions. I can't blame them for that, but just what they have to work with.

Dr Cheung is aaamazing. So kind and friendly. We have taken 3 kids to see him over the years. He takes the time to explain everything to both the patient (a child in this case) as well as the parent. He is gentle and explains everything as he goes along. I can trust the decisions he makes in caring for our children, and I am comfortable asking any questions I ever have. He treats the whole family with amazing respect. Top notch!! And just for reference, he has done eye surgery on one of our kiddos and did an amazing job, so we definitely trust him and his team.

I can not say how much our family appreciates Dr. Cheung. He is so great with my son as well. Evereytime we drive by the building he always asks to go in. Last month my son had surgery to correct a cross eye and I am so happy with how the process went. From the beginning to end Dr. Cheung and his staff have all be tremendous. The surgery center below has the absolute friendliest and most helpful staff! He is the best!

It is always a pleasure to attend an appointment with Dr. Cheung. Both he and his staff show genuine care and concern for the people they see. My husband has had cataract surgery with terrific results. I recommend him to friends without hesitation.

I brought my 1 year old son in after getting a referral from our pediatrician. Dr. Cheung was friendly and patient. You can tell he's used to dealing with squirmy, reluctant babies. His clinic staff was also great and the MA we had was phenomenal and did great with kids. The front desk staff on the other hand were very short, rushed unprofessional and downright rude. One woman in particular (older, gray hair and glasses) was very rude and off putting. Due to a road closure, we showed up to the appointment *on time* instead of 15 minutes early. She got very annoyed and seemingly angry with me, rolling her eyes, huffing and puffing and getting up from her seat multiple times. She said very loudly two times that our appointment was at 9:45 but our check in was at 9:30 and because I didn't show up early for paperwork, she would have to go back and check to see if they will even see me, and made sure to tell me that they probably won't. She seemed to be trying to make a scene of this. Thankfully, they did see us and the paperwork probably took less than 5 minutes to complete. Her behavior was completely unnecessary, not to mention unprofessional and as a new patient it made me extremely uncomfortable to be essentially yelled at in front of a waiting room full of patients. Now reading previous reviews, I see that this is common and I'm willing to bet it's the same employee treating people this way. It definitely makes me not want to go back and pay money to be treated this way again.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cheung's for years. He listens very carefully. Several of my friends are also his patients and we all share the feeling that we are in the most competent of hands. What could be more important? His staff is friendly and helpful and the office works like a Swiss watch...perfectly. The staff are all respectful of your time. I was also happy to see that his office now has a great kids play area. Better for everyone. My vision is extremely important to as I am sure everyone's is to them. I hope to see you in Doctor Cheung's giving your eyes the chance to stay healthy for your life time. Joan
