In the middle of a military move, one of the nose pads on my prescription Oakleys fell off. I called Kitsap Optical, and within 20 minutes, someone on their team had found an exact match and fixed them--no charge, no hassle. I didn't catch their name, but I'm incredibly appreciative. That kind of kindness and efficiency goes a long way when life is chaotic. Thank you! Thank you!

I have been highly satisfied with my glasses from Kitsap Optical. The quality of vision with my new lenses is unequaled, and the consistency in this quality has persisted over the last 3 years when I first started getting my glasses there. The staff is super sweet, polite, and knowledgeable, and they have helped me stay 'in fashion' while keeping with my usual semi-dorky personality. Right now, they are taking even more measures to keep all working surfaces and high touch areas sanitized and wiped down, in addition to keeping the frames clean and safe for the public to try on. Way to go Kitsap Optical for going above and beyond to keep your doors open, albeit limited hours, while keeping your staff and patrons safe. This is the best optical shop to do business with! I've purchased 2 pair of glasses from them in the past 5 years and both experiences were great. When I've bent them up, adjustments have been made many times by the friendly and attentive staff. Taken my mom there as well, new glasses and adjustments, even on old pair of her glasses without question. They stand behind their products and the staff couldn't be more friendly and knowlegeable!!

Came in today to pick up my glasses, With as with such sadness from the Virus going around, I knew my new specs would put a smile on my face. I called office per instructions from message. I was grateful to be greeted at door with all the precautions set in place by the CDC. Being in that age bracket that needs extra precautions, this set me at ease. Such awesome and amazing folks work here. Guess that's why they have had my family's business for years. Cheers to all of the staff. P.S. my glasses are amazing

AMAZING service with staff that go above and beyond. The entire staff are professional, extremely educated, and so friendly! I have been going to Kitsap Optical for 7 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else! It's great to find a place that I know I will be getting the best care. All around 10 out of 10!

Great place to get some of the higher end frames. Got a pair of Wiley X's with safety photo chromatic lenses for work. 4 stars only because they don't take my new insurance and without that benefit the prices are pretty steep.
