I had a great experience on 12-22-25. Dr. Sin and Cody were awesome. The young lady who performed my initial 3 eye tests was great as well, but I didn't ask her name. Dr. Sin and Cody were very personable and willingly explained everything. Even during a busy time (4:45-5:45) everyone was very patient. I highly recommend this location In Silverdale.

This is Rey Alvarado. It must be said and shared that Dr.Sin is a wonderful provider who cares along with making sure that all information is compassionately conveyed. she also has a terrific sense of humor and knows how to ease into the process.
Store staff, particularly Amanda the store manager, are also exceedingly attentive on every level one could imagine or hope to have. Vanessa and Kalan are real standouts.

Talk about patience. Came in with all three of my kids. The people at the desk gave them paper to draw on and let them try on the glasses.
The doctor was so friendly and understanding of my wild children and she's also the fastest I've experienced.
Update: My dog ate my glasses. Getting replacements ordered was very easy. Luckily they had my frames still in stock so all I had to do was call and order them.
