This place is totally amazing! I highly recommend going here for your vision needs. The receptionists are friendly and get you checked in right away. I ended up adding an extra to my prescription and they were amazing. They added it and took my payment over the phone and provided a receipt when I picked up my glasses. The doctor is super nice and explains the process very well. The technician that got me ready for the doctor was very friendly and efficient. The male technician that helped me choose my glasses and went over all of my options was very kind and helpful, and the new lady technician was very sweet and kind. When I went to pick up my glasses both technicians made sure I was happy with both of my glasses choices and made sure that I know to come back for any adjustments or concerns. This was a wonderful experience and I will definitely continue to go here for all of my vision needs. Thank you to all of you for being a place I can trust and come back to.

Have been coming here for 17 years. The best staff and eye doctor ever. Very professional. They really take care of you on a personal level. I won't go anywhere else.

Dr Williams and his staff are fantastic. I have unfortunately some more complicated eye issues and he has been very supportive and knowledgable with practical monitoring and management. Staff are always friendly and gentle. Communication among team members is fast and efficient. I cannot recommend this optometry clinic more. It has been the best.

I can honestly say I am impressed with this clinics customer service. They are very professional , friendly , and knowledgeable. I made an appointment for my daughter that needed glasses and was impressed that I made an appointment for myself . I would highly recommend this place ! They have great choices on frames and service goes very quickly . Never waited longer than 5 mins to get seen environment is very clean as well.

Ordered my glasses, December 30, 2025 was told it would take approximately three weeks, today is January 23rd. I called in there asked them if my glasses were ready, they said they were verified (which I'm not exactly sure what that means) the 19th, I said, is it normal practice to not notify your customer that they are ready for pick up? They said I should've received an electronic notification. asked If I had received one I said no or I would not be calling. I don't think I'll do business again with this company. Thought I had a really nice new company to work with.

Throughout my visit, the entire staff demonstrated extensive knowledge and provided informative assistance. I sincerely appreciate the welcoming atmosphere And the dedication of everyone there. Moving to a new state, it takes time to find and establish medical care. I came across Parkland due to the amazing reviews left by other patients and they truly deserve the praise. Having high myopia it's difficult to find a doctor that will take the time and effort to find the right prescription for me. The tech here was patient and helpful explaining things to watch out for and making sure that I was comfortable with the prescription they got letting me compare not just with the letters on the screen but looking at pictures on the wall to resemble more of a real world example. I've been wearing glasses for over 20 years and this was the first time I received this level of attention for my eyes. I left feeling confident that my new pair of glasses will be accurate and comfortable. The whole staff here was super welcoming and I'm really happy to have found an eye doctor I can trust.
