I haven't had a good experience with the Optometrist at this location, my time with her felt like a hustle. The staff and the ladies at the front desk were wonderful but that's where my satisfaction ended. I was leary going back a second time but ecstatic when I was informed that I would have a different doctor (Dr. Robertson) for my second appointment. I hadn't met Dr. Robertson yet but she looked personable and welcoming.. and she was!! She actually listened to my concerns and explained everything - genuinely caring and attentive. Not one single second felt like a sales pitch (which was my experience with the previous doctor). I left smiling and so grateful for her care. Thank you Dr . Robertson and the ladies at the front, for your patience and kindness.

I haven't been here for over 6 years and there's a ton of new technology and upgrades. I was fairly impressed and not to mention the staff and Dr. Kim were amazing! They made me feel comfortable and it was such a pleasant experience overall. Also, got pick out some new glasses and that was fun too.

I've come here a couple of times and the staff is always great! Dr. Kim is very descriptive and detailed in explaining all details and answering questions you may have. I'll definitely come back but one thing I have to mention that I find highly unethical is asking for a tip when checking out. Couldn't believe that was an option. Not sure if that's the new norm here or because I got something possibly considered a beauty product, but was suggested to prevent dry eye. Regardless, it was paid for with my exam. Would recommend removing that moving forward, tipping should absolutely not be something in the medical field.

The receptionist Miss D and the one who took exam my eyes Mandi did an amazing job.
Ill start with Miss D...her vibes is absolutely amazing and beyond. It was crazy for all the walk in appointment like me and she didn't have any attitude or grumpy mode no matter crazy people check in. Her voice remain calm with smile. My time is up I was going to leave but she told me to hold on and then my name called.
Mandi has a positive attitude as well and she did an amazing job.
My entire experience are amazing. They both deserve raise for 2026 as they deliver a good good customer service.

Although the exam went well, doctor was informative, I think I was led into irrelevant charges for my insurance. The desk receptionist is extremely rude. I was charged $250 for a visit that should have cost me $40. They turned my annual exam into a 'medical' claim when my medical diagnosis wasn't even confirmed by my doctor. This was based on me stating there's a potential medical issue (because Dr Kim asked). The tests done were tests they'd normally do for an annual exam but they charged me more. When I asked if I'd be charged $200ish next year for my annual 2027 exam, the receptionist rudely said, 'Yes, or you can go somewhere else'. Clearly disrespecting my concern and no interest in retaining their patient. I encourage you to double, triple check your charges from this practice. Dr Kim is great but this was NOT a good experience. It's not even about the $200 anymore, it's about incorrectly charging your patients. I won't be going back.

This is my second time visiting them in two yrs fir my annual exam. I saw them last year and they provided a service that cost $39, which was optional. This year, they forced everyone to get it....Mandatory! Their customer service and process in filling out their forms and to see the provider is terrible! I told them I won't provide my CC on file with them, so Their customer service lady to re-send several forms separately! I ended up leaving!! I won't be going back! They are all about quantity than quality customer service. The front desk African American is always rude. This is my second time that I experienced her rudeness. This time , I left and she sent me a text that I'll be charged $75 for leaving! Good luck!

I just recently had to switch providers for optometry and chose to go with this one. I'm normally very particular with my providers and the way they conduct their services. This was everything I needed it to be. The staff members were very knowledgeable, offered great solutions for managing dry eyes, and set me up with contacts that feel great! They were also very friendly and comfortable to be around even shared a few good laughs. The Assistant Manager Maria offered one on one help with selecting the right frames and lenses for me. I'm super excited for my new frames/lenses to come in! Thank you everyone at this location for all your help. *mwah* until next time!
