NOT THE, BUT THE WORST!
This business is going dive period. I use to be a reliable client for this business for long enough, but it's changed especially this location (in Tukwila WA) they couldn't get my glasses for two and half months in to me after collecting overcharge money out of my credit card. Top of that the old school attitude made wonder, when ask a manager or supervisor after four visits seeking to get my glasses she told me" I'm the boss what you are going to do " after little silence and shock and wonder if this kind of people still exist in 21st century and simply recommend to refund me. That's it.
So I'm warning everyone whom may trying to go this place is to avoid and my warning serious

The customer service staff, opticians, and Optometrist were very friendly. Be forewarned there are additional costs for any additional vision tests if needed from the base price. I found the selection of glasses to be fair for the value, per each designated price sections for the frames. The glasses are affordable without insurance for eye vision. Additional features for lenses are a bit pricey so I suggest to choose additions carefully. If you have mid grade vision insurance this might be an okay investment. Without that however, this is the best place to find affordable lenses and frames.

Average service. Kept saying ins. Doesn't pay for Retinal imaging for 20, but didn't tell you that its another 10 for prifrial then you get charged for 30 and not say anything. So I called and asked then they want to get an attitude with me.

Came in to do a remote visit. Their equipment is outdated and slow. They were unable to send my photos to the Dr. Due to technical issues.
After waiting 30 minutes in a room I went out to find someone to update me . They didn't seem to care that they left me sitting in that room .
Not only was I asked to come back the next day, I had to pay a different price to see the Dr. In person, when the issues are no fault of mine.
Because of one person lack of communication, concern for my time and inconvenience, I am giving them a 1 Star.
No accountability.
Poor customer service.

So far, not hugely impressed. They got us in same-day, which was nice but could be a sign that they're not busy for a reason. They ordered trial contact and said they would call to let us know they had arrived...a month later, we call to find the contact had been sitting there . We'll see how the balance of the process works out for getting eye exam, glasses and contacts. Stay tuned.

This review is specifically to highlight Shannon! She went absolutely above and beyond to help resolve an issue with my delayed glasses. She was calm, patient, and explained everything clearly without sounding condescending. I felt genuinely supported, and she truly turned my experience around. All 5 stars to Shannon!
I do also want to share that my initial appointment wasn't as positive. The staff member I worked with, Will, came across as condescending and repeatedly mansplained things to me, which left me feeling uncomfortable and dismissed. That part of the experience was disappointing and deserves 0 stars.
