I've been going to this place for years but the last two years after receiving multiple emails, confirming that I had an appointment scheduled showed up both times and they said there was no appointment. I won't be going here anymore, I will go somewhere that actually schedules appointments and keeps them.

Everyone was so friendly and very accommodating. I also loved the fact that I don't have to wait for a long time. They fit me in right away instead of waiting for another hour. Thank you! The marketing manager Jay was so helpful. Actually, everyone in including the doctor was so helpful and friendly. The clinic was so clean. Can't wait to get my new glasses.

Everyone was very nice here. But it was very busy in the office and felt a little chaotic. None of which was that bad, but the thing that bothered me was that the doctor rushed through the appointment. She was in the exam for with me for no more than 5 minutes and I'm a little concerned my new prescription may not be accurate.

My prescription was wrong, the doctor said I should try glasses without prisms (I have brain injuries, must have prism)--he said that after I got the wrong glasses and paid not only for them but lots of money to get to and from the clinic from Seattle. I ended up with no glasses, money spent, still can't see. I was told by Jay, the manager of the glasses store, that I could send them in and they'd find out where the error was (that was after the person at the store refused to help me, knowing the glasses were both wrong. The doctor told me, separate business--he just gave me the wrong prescription on purpose) but I can't afford any more money towards this money pit.

He showed and explained the results of my tests, and made a further recommendation for something that can potentially be a problem. I look forward to seeing them again soon, I feel very confident and comfortable about their services.

I will continue to choose them over in-network facilities because I've had great experiences each time.
