King LASIK - Seattle Central

I can't speak highly enough about my experience with King LASIK! I was initially planning to have my LASIK done elsewhere, but last minute decided to see what other places were charging. Not only did my quote at King LASIK end up being more affordable, the consultation was overall a much more friendly, comforting, and informative visit than I had had at the other place. My partner and I both went ahead and booked our surgeries at King LASIK that day - and I'm so glad we did! They made the whole experience as painless as possible. I'm embarrassed to admit it, but after the surgery, I had a panic attack from temporarily losing my vision (no fault of anyone's but mine). They made me as comfortable as I could be until I recovered - I even remember two of the nurses holding me upright as I attempted to walk out of the surgery room. Despite all of that, I've got zero regrets - my vision is the clearest it's ever been and I'm so happy to not have to worry about glasses or contacts on the daily. To Dr. King, Amy, and all the staff who made my experience an awesome and life-changing one - thank you!

I didn't start with very poor vision -- about -1.25 in both eyes -- so I was in that in-between stage where I rarely wore glasses, only occasionally when I needed to see far. Even so, getting LASIK turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life. It's amazing to wake up in the middle of the night and clearly see the digital clock across the apartment, or walk down the street and instantly recognize people from far away. These little everyday moments feel completely different now. This clinic provided outstanding support from start to finish. The entire team is incredibly organized, kind, polite, and patient. They explain everything thoroughly, send reminders, and provide very clear, detailed instructions throughout the process. Dr. King was especially reassuring -- very thorough and professional. During the procedure I got nervous, and he immediately helped calm me down, which I truly appreciated. After the surgery, I took an Uber home and, as recommended, slept for a few hours which helped me to avoid the most unpleasant post-surgery time. I could also see clearly almost immediately -- even better than before the surgery. I experienced no major side effects, just mild halos around lights at night for a few days, which quickly went away. I also never developed dry eyes, which is the most common concern. I actually forgot to keep using lubricating drops after about two weeks because my eyes felt completely normal. I absolutely recommend LASIK if you're considering it -- and I highly recommend doing it at this clinic.

Stopped in because I have been wanting LASIK a long time. The receptionists were super friendly and I proceeded to make a consult appointment with the possibility of having lasik done the same day. I got my consult and lasik done today. The staff and Drs were all super friendly and very through with all the information I needed to know to make an informed decision. There were a few different options in my case and I decided to do lasik in both eyes since I am near sighted. 8 hours later and my eyes feel somewhat better and my vision is already amazing! The cost was way less than I thought it would be I wish I would have done this years ago. Highly recommend Dr. King was so nice and professional. I am so happy I did this for myself!

I just completed my Light Adjustable Lens treatment and am so thrilled with the results. Dr Kopstein did a fantastic job of replacing my lenses and Dr B and staff did a fabulous job of adjusting my vision with the light treatments and my vision is wonderful.
