Dr. Upkar Dhaliwal is an excellent eye doctor. He is extremely calm, patient, and never in a rush. He listened to all my concerns very peacefully and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. He clearly explained what I should and should not do and conducted my eye examination thoroughly. He is very welcoming and professional. I truly appreciated the care and attention he gave me.

This is the best place for your eye care. I have never worn glasses and knew that something was off. When I visited this place for the first time I can say I was skeptical of how it would go. But Dr. Dhaliwal and Vanessa mic drop on these two. They are truly 5 stars in all they do to help out their customers. Like this is totally the best I have seen in a long while for customer service. They were so welcoming and went for whatever I needed. I thank God that I was blessed to fine this place. Dr. Dhaliwal very knowledgeable at what he does and explains everything to you, you won't feel rush at all. Vanessa was super helpful, since this was my first time I had her bring out a lot of glasses so I can pick out a frame. And she didn't make me feel like I was asking for too much. She continued with me until I found the right pair suitable for me. I was so happy with this visit and how Dr. Dhaliwal and Vanessa treated me. I called my sister when I left their office. And guess what yes she has her an appointment and she is so exited to experience what I experienced. I will be coming here from now on and will definitely tell everyone about this gem of a place.

I work in the area and noticed a business moving in the previous eye care place. To my surprise another eye care place was moving in which got me excited since I was currently looking for a new eye care doctor. The one I currently was seeing just wasn't cutting it. I made an appointment and saw Dr. Dhaliwal, and I have to say he's one of a kind. I was really impressed. He may be a fairly new doctor but Dr. Dhaliwal is very knowledgeable and his equipment is state of the art. I have been to several other eye care places and have been seen by other eye doctors but Dr. Dhaliwal sets the bar and there is no comparison. He really takes his time with you and makes you feel listened to. At no point did I feel rushed or "just another patient" he made sure all my concerns and questions were answered and took the time to really explain things to me. I was also happy to learn he took my vision insurance since many places don't. While I was in the waiting room, I struck up a conversation with a mother who was there with her children and she was talking about how thorough and patient Dr. Dhaliwal was with children. If you're looking for a new eye doctor or looking to ditch your current one, I would definitely make sure you come see Dr. Dhaliwal. I guarantee he's one of the best out there and you won't regret going to see him. So go see Dr. Dhaliwal for all your eye care needs and bring your family too you won't regret it.
