They are super knowledgeable and helpful with whatever you need, from explaining you the basics of your prescription, what your insurance covered and what would be your responsibility, they tell you before hand exactly how much you will pay, help you find the best frames for you without hassling you to get the most expensive ones or the options they want and take the time you need to be fully sure you are happy with whatever you will be getting! Plus they were able to schedule my appointment in less than a day, which is hard to find in other locations nearby with good reviews.

First time I was going through an eye check up at this place. I booked appointment a day before and I didn't have to wait at all for my turn. The doctor is very caring and tells the cost before doing any exams out of coverage. The person at the front desk explained my results of the exam in detail and did not have any hidden charges on my bill. He also explained what my insurance covers so I had a good idea what to expect.

I was looking for a new eye doctor & found Innovative Eyecare. I have one bad eye so I'm picky with my doctors as one should be. Over the last few months I have had my initial appointment which was excellent. The Doctor & staff are super. The glasses they have displayed are gorgeous too. Lastly I just want to say how awesome the doctor is.. I went to remove me contacts last night, one came out fine, the other I could not find. I tried for hours & still could not find it. I knew they had Saturday hours once in a while & I texted in the morning & explained my embarrassing situation & asked if they could squeeze me in or let me know if I should find & urgent care. The doctor called me back in moments & let me know she was off today but told me exactly where to do (another eye doctor that was open). How many doctors you know would call you on their days off? Just awesome caring staff. I'd give 10 stars if possible

This place is amazing! Dr. J and Carlos have been great at educating me and my daughter on the benefits of Ortho-K treatment. I have a very, very high optical prescription and Dr. J and Carlos are helping me with Myopia correction. Since my prescription is so high, I was concerned that my daughter would also eventually have a high prescription so Dr. J and Carlos are also helping my daughter with Myopia management. I never thought it would be possible but I'm now able to go the whole day seeing clearly without contacts. My daughter says that she's also able to see the classroom whiteboard more clearly when seating rotations place her towards the back of the room. I truly appreciate everything that Dr. J and Carlos have done for us and feel better knowing that this also helps us avoid more severe eye issues in the future. We're so thankful that we found them and have highly recommended them to our friends and family!

Most helpful and informative eye doctor I've been to. Staff extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Works with my insurance so I can fully understand my coverage, eye care options, and out of pocket expenses. And I finally understand what my prescription means! Innovative is an apt name for this clinic. Never before seen equipment used and unheard of options for lenses available. I don't remember all the correct terminology but in simple terms I got anti reflective coating with blue block and digital lenses for my glasses. I can truly see now!!! Color is vivid and clarity is amazing. Highly recommended if you want state of the art technology for your eyes and if you want to know more about your vision and health. I came to my appointment without any questions in mind but left with information I should have been told by other eye doctors I've been to. Must experience this clinic for yourself to truly understand what we've been missing in our eye care. Your next pair of glasses will be a wonder.

After having to go somewhere else, while Innovative Eye Care (my usual spot) was closed, it gave me an even deeper appreciation of Dr. Jitodai. Not only does she explain everything along the way, she is gentle! She makes you feel very comfortable and cared for. Missing my eye doctor and so happy to have found such a great place :)

The service in this place is fantastic! Dr. Jitodai is very caring and takes her time in helping her patients. Carlos is awesome! He is so detailed and educated me on a lot things when it came to my children's prescriptions. We have gone several different places over the years and by far they have the best service and care in town. Highly recommend!

It was worth the 13 hour drive up from California for the expertise and care of Dr. Jitodai and Carlos. Specifically in regards to Ortho-K, something so helpful and yet simultaneously seemingly unknown in the United States. Nobody close by had the real up to date knowledge on the craft. Dr. Jitodai and Carlos took great care of me and helped me have a better understanding of what exactly would happen should I go down this route. Great service, wish I could give them 6 stars.
