I bought glasses somewhere else a while ago and had lost the pad covers. They put new ones on for free even though my glasses were from a different place! Great customer service!

My first appointment with the doctor was delayed by 15 minutes. Additionally, I was given the wrong prescription. During my second appointment, I had to wait nearly 45 minutes beyond my scheduled time. Despite feeling frustrated by these experiences, I decided to get my eyeglasses from their shop. However, when I received the eyeglasses, the prescription was wrong once again. I opted for the cheapest frame and lens, hoping my insurance would cover 100% of the cost. However, to my surprise, I later discovered that they had charged me over $200 for the subpar product. This entire experience with the eye doctor and the shop has been the worst I've ever encountered. I have no intention of returning for any further eye-related appointments with them

5 out of 5 stars! I went to this store on Dec 23th after having a horrible experience with Optics One in Renton and it completely changed my day for better. As soon as my boyfriend and I got into the store the male receptionist was AMAZING! He was super friendly and he was always very professional and polite. I was there to find a new pair of frames and he helped me with finding different options according to what I was looking for. I'm so thankful for him and how kindly he behaved. I ordered my cute new glasses from this location and I'm super excited to get them soon!

Dylan readily makes available his time for customers who are shopping for a new style and offers sound advice when warranted. Never felt pushed, unimportant or a nuisance while working with him. I entirely him to anyone in the market for a new pair of spectacles. Thanks for the premier customer service! With the New Year approaching I hope comments of this nature will be considered while evaluating his performance.

The front desk service was especially good. (a Filipino woman). Patience to answer all my questions and seriously help me choose the right glasses. They have $99 glasses including lenses. The doctor checked the eyes very professionally. The price is 95 eye prescriptions. A little more expensive. The doctor patiently answered my question, that is, the doctor finally had a new patient waiting for a little time. (I may have taken a child for some time). Doctors can speak Chinese and English. Update: I took my glasses a week ago. I took glasses for a week and felt dizzy. Today, I went to the clinic doctor to re-test and replace the lenses for free. At the same time, I also did a diabetic fundus lesion test. Their service is very good. No waiting time is required.

Totally recommended! It is of good price, great service and Dr Guo is really professional and patient. I wanted to get my daughter a pair of ortho-k contact lenses. I called many clinics to compare the prices and I chose this one cos it is the cheapest. However, I got services that is way beyond I paid. When Dr Guo said she was gonna bring the best vision out for my daughter I thought it was only the usual doctor cliche. But after several visits and changing several pairs of contact lenses based on different results of the visits, my daughter got even better vision with the ortho-K contact lenses than the one with frame glasses. We had ortho-k before but last time it was ok my daughter didn't get this good vision. we are so grateful for Dr Guo and would love to recommend her to any one with same problem.

I was a returning customer that lost my original pair of glasses. I ordered a new pair. When my new glasses arrived nobody notified me. I randomly called them when I was in the area. Front desk said my glasses arrived THREE WEEKS ago. Thanks for letting me squint and strain my eyes. Great job for being on top of it.

last year, I did a pair of glasses with round frame, but they gave a little rectangle one, totally different. Yeah ~~~ they asked me to change but I can't wait other 2 weeks. This year I try to do last chance in this location, but there's other problem happened. Because they don't have bigger size frame so the process may late to 3 weeks. OK, I can wait. After 3 weeks, I called today, but they told me I still have to wait one more week, so frustrated. I won't go back again, there's no more trying and dealing in this store.
